I don't know why it is so difficult for this location to make the sub as ordered.This has happened on more than one occasion now.Today 3 out of 4 subs were wrong.To the point of being inedible for one person.2 Great Canadians were ordered, different toppings and sauces and they were both made wrong... the wrong sauces & Toppings on both.A rotisserie chicken sub was missing cheese completely.. although it was ordered.I dont understand why this happens consistently.Lesson learned. We won't be back.

What a fantastic employee! I dont know his name but he was working tonight. He is so kind, provides great customer service and always smiles. He was extra wonderful tonight when my husband dropped his wallet, we called and he was able to hold the wallet for us until we were able to come and retrieve it. What a great employee. For sure , hands down our favourite Subway! Thank you

-10 for the poor management. How can u leave a new employee alone at work on a busy friday evening.I had to wait 30 minutes for the order pickup.I would like to appreciate the dedication and the effort of the girl working alone. She tried her best to handle everything but i felt sad for her..

The cashier apologized for "making me wait" like five times, and at no point did I say anything about waiting. I didn't seem impatient, I wasn't in a rush, I gave zero indication that I felt like it was a wait. I have no clue why she kept apologizing for the wait. There was no wait. What the heck was she even talking about? It was really off putting. The sandwich was good though. Just calm down with the wait thing. I've worked fast food, trust me customers can wait, chill out. It's just sandwiches.

Ordered a mobile order on the app, says it’s ready and I go to pick it up, go inside the store & the lady says “I never seen your order” mind you I ordered at 1:10pm and got to the store at 1:24pm it is now 1:37pm and still waiting, do not recommend this location at all what so ever, definitely going elsewhere next time you should too.

I placed a large ($350-400) order for our sports team, and the owner was SO attentive and accommodating to all the adjustments to the party platters - she made (what often can be frustrating) the hectic team lunch hassle free. The different platters and custom were organized, labelled and dietary concerns and allergies were accounted for.The owner goes above and beyond to provide excellent service.Highly recommend their restaurant, and will certainly go back!Dietary restrictions: We have food allergies (egg/mayo) in our group, and the owner was very accommodating, labelled and separated the order for that customer.

The hours listed are incorrect. We went in Sat at 9:15 when it was supposed to be open at 8am onward. The worker was very rude, barely looked at us to say they just opened at 9 and are still cleaning so there is no food. First of all, fix the hours listed here. But if you open at 9am then you need to be ready to serve at 9am not be doing a deep clean as this worker was. So disappointing and luckily we found another location that was not only open but the staff was very kind.

The place smells noticeably like rot. There is a stench of rotten food which stains your clothing if you choose to dine in. The service varies as some employees are very kind, but some act as if you are bothering them on the job. The food is usually unfresh with a distinct refrigerated taste. Not worth the price either. Expect to spend about 20$ per person. I would not recommend this due to the food, but the stench is enough for me to not return.
