The food is always great here! Aside from desserts, they also have appetizers and main dishes. We got the hazelnut toast and strawberry shaved ice. They both arrived quickly! The toast was amazing and not too sweet! Would definitely recommend!

Went with family. We ordered 5 desserts. Each thing came out separately (and since there is ice cream on top it’s hard to wait as it starts to melt). The 5th dessert which was for my kid took over 45-50 minutes to come. This is despite us asking multiple times, informing staff that everyone else was done eating AND tables which came after us getting their desserts before him (the other tables also had ordered same thing as him). We even pointed out that it was my kid’s dessert missing and yet there was no urgency to rectify the situation, we could see where the desserts were being made and staff were working hard. They kept skipping over his order and fulfilling other orders that were ordered much after ours.Wouldn’t go back.

lol definitely an odd place, the sago dishes were great! Exactly what we came for. There were no hot coffee options on the menu so we got the only cafe lattes option on there and it was 95% milk 5% coffee like foam lol.The condensed milk bread was really good too but was exactly that…2 ingredients, bread and condensed milk ?. Customer service is non existent and the atmosphere was giving “slightly run down” but other than that it was really good I would definitely go back and try more options. Only came for dessert this time but would consider the meals next time.

I have done both dine-in and take-out over the years - it is overall pretty OK, tastes good :). The take-out is pretty good, although there are inconsistencies. I've ordered Japanese style chicken and gotten the Taiwanese style instead, or sometimes toppings or add-ins on desserts or drinks are missing; like the whipped cream and biscuit advertised in the pic of the pudding (e.g., oreo macau, strawberry macau, etc.), or the limes and chopped strawberries in the strawberry Italian soda would be missing. I feel a little cheated when that happens, especially when you pay extra fees to get it delivered.The dine-in is great- the tables and service (was served some water quickly while ordered) are nice, but the bathroom could use some work... not sure if the other one is being renovated or... Had no problem splitting the bills and such.

The food was awesome I love their desserts menu specially the shaved ice ?Their kimchi Fries was a 10/10 - spicy and savour and warm!Service was quite quick and servers were kind.I do wish they had more seating available on weekends!Dietary restrictions: You can ask them to put the cream/ice cream on the side for some desserts!Parking: Parking available in plaza, sometimes full, more available at the back.

Extremely disappointed and wish I could get my money back. I waited 40 minutes for 1 waffle. They didn’t assemble anything and just threw the waffle in a paper bag. They weren’t busy and provided no customer service. Once again, wish I could speak to a manager to rectify the dissatisfaction… don’t recommend.

It was good but still underwhelming. This is my second time getting delivery from here and I got the EN2 cream sauce pasta with pork. The pork was great but the pasta is hard to finish since the sauce isn’t very flavourful so it tastes quite bland. I also got the mango roll supreme and that was delicious! Lastly, I had the brown sugar milk tea with tapioca but it was really lacking sweetness considering I got regular sugar levels. Overall the desserts are my favourite

This is the change you are looking for if u want something that’s not too sweet yet holds a burst of flavor! Must try once atleast ?Unfortunately bad customer service.
