I ordered a rice and peas with BBQ and stew chicken and I can honestly say this was the worst meal ive ever had the displeasure of eating. Where do I even start? Rice: mushy and bland. Chicken: Stale and Oily, tasted like they just reheated day of chicken and slapped cold bottled BBQ on it. Stew Chicken Gravy: WHAT GRAVY? They forgot to put gravy on my order so I was stuck eating dry rice and chicken. Wasted my money, no wonder why they’re doing 2 for 1, must be nobody buying it so they have excess. Save your money and your stomach and just order somewhere else smh.

Worse food im not buying food here anymore..i ordered corn meat porridge and it was bitter like they put lemon in it..fried chicken wasn't cooked meat was red inside..and the new lady is so rude ..this place needs a new chef and a better worker

Service is always a little slow but the food is Always worth it. Service at 830 this evening was just beyond brutal though. Hoping management checks the schedule And has a talk with whoemer was working tonight.

Dixie location in Mississauga- Beware it’s hit and miss but mostly the food is disgusting! They serve stale food and when you tell them they don’t even care. The gravy is so thick you know it’s days old. The fried plantain was served so hard it broke. When told they don’t even try to keep you as a customer..I was told “ next time” I will never eat there again because I came back again and again hoping they would get it right and they never did.

I was so disappointed after receiving my order. I ordered okra and selfish dinner and it was terrible. It looked like they sprinkle a ton of black pepper on top of the food. I should’ve just made it my damn self. The only good thing was the lady at the front was really nice. I’ll never go back to this location , it’s definitely not worth my money.

Every time I order from this place they’re doing something wrong and they’re so DISRESPECTFUL with it.If it’s not a portion issue then they’re literally sending you stale plantains.Today, they tricked me into ordering a two for one small Jerk Chicken special. I asked for oxtail gravy with my rice and peas.What the heck is that photo? Sunrise thinks a customer can’t tell the difference better Jerk chicken and chicken with bottled BBQ sauce poured all over it??And there was WAY too much poured on and it completely saturated the rice and RUINED the meal.Thank goodness Uber gave me back my money. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I DONT CARE WHAT DEALS YOU USE TO TRICK PATRONS.
