This was the worst experience I've ever had. Will never go to this location again, and it looks like it's going out of business. First, the drive thru took me 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. Second, I've been sick the whole night after eating from here, and the food quality was terrible. Third, the atmosphere looks dead.

I got there at opening asked if they were closed because I was being ignored for 11 minutes after they opened and then was told they were "ready" and they deliberately walked over to the other customers that got there after me and that also happened to be male I am assuming of course and served them instead at the other cash register, I immediately left ?

staff dont know what they’re doing, food takes forever to be ready, no one is taking orders at front, be prepared to wait at least 30mins. dysfunctional to the MAX.

Ordered through the app 25 mins ago, got there, food wasn't ready, I said no sour cream, when I got the food I asked the worker who made my food if there was for sure no sour cream, she said yes. I took it home, had sour cream. I asked for 5 packets of hot sauce (app said 6) she refused and can only offer 3. Floors were extremely sticky.

I have no issue with the quality of the food at this location. The problem I have, after several visits, is that the staff doesn’t seem to get the food ready until the customer shows up. Via their mobile apps, I ordered both KFC and Taco Bell items, and was given a “food will be ready time” of roughly 9:20 pm. 9:20 comes and goes. No food. 9:25 comes and goes. No food. 9:30 comes and goes. No Food. Around 9:40, more than 30 minutes after I ordered via the apps, I was given my food. This is ridiculous and makes ordering on the apps absolutely pointless. I was trying to save time, and naively trusted the apps ability to provide a “food ready” time.Some might ask: “was the restaurant busy?”. No. The restaurant was empty and there were 4 employees to 1 customer. They told me they don’t start making the food until the customer shows up even if it is ordered via the app. That doesn’t make any sense to me. I paid for the food ahead of time and I expect it to be ready roughly at the time that the app says it’ll be ready.

Staff needs to pay more attention when closing the lids and packages to the fries box as the lid was not closed, so all the fried fell out. Tacos were sloppy and rushed.

It's Taco Bell. Adjust your expectations and you'll be happy. Ps: everything needs at least 2 packets of hot sauce. Everyone needs at least 2 BP meds if they choose happiness.
