We have always loved Taza food (Shawarma and Shish Tawook) and service for our dinner out times. This time, we tried their catering service, we ordered two platters of Shawarma sandwiches and fries. I have to say Sezer and Peter exceeded our expectations. Food was ready on time for pickup, it was hot, elogantly decorated, meat quality was amazing and was so delicious. Thank you Taza Xpress and team. Keep up the great work!
We had an extremely disappointing experience at Taza Xpress today evening. Around 8:20 PM, we approached the billing counter, only to be met with what can only be described as abysmal customer service from the lady managing the billing. Not only was she uninterested in addressing our queries regarding the pricing of shawarma, but her demeanor was also outright dismissive, making me feel as though my patronage was an inconvenience rather than a valued part of their business. There was a stark lack of professionalism and courtesy that one would expect in a customer-facing role.However, it's worth noting that not all my experiences at Taza Xpress last evening were negative. The male employee who served us was a refreshing contrast to the disappointing encounter at the billing counter. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a pleasant customer experience.

Just found out this place near my gym. Got a Falafel wrap and a chicken dinner platter! Great taste and very clean with polite staff. Prices are quite reasonable.
