It is a waste of money. I placed and order to go, the container my food came in was half full! I got a veggi bowl with meat and there was barely anything! So disappointed we used to come here all the time and I will not go back. Stop cheaping out on you

First off I just want to start by saying I have been a customer of Teriyaki since I was a little boy and by far the best franchise I’ve been to. The owners Son who works Monday to Friday Tiga is the nicest guy you will meet. Not only is he friendly but he is such a kind person and always gives back and does so much good with no obligation. him and his amazing team does this hard work daily and i couldn’t be a happier customer and now friend of such an amazing person. Thank you Tiga (hope I spelt your name right), the service you provide is unmatched and i appreciate every second of it. Thank you!!

If I could give this place a "ZERO-STAR" I would..Ordered through Uber Eats..My daughter & I decided to order this for dinner as we have always had a good experience..NOT THIS TIME!!This is what we ordered:1 x Chicken with extra Veggieswith Udon Noodles1 x Chicken & Beef with extraVeggies & added MushroomsThe only "Veggies" was thinly sliced carrots..The 2nd order had the same lack of Veggies, NO Beef, NO Mushroom (it costs EXTRA to add Beef & Mushrooms) so, paid for something I definitely didn't get..Will NEVER order from here again.. Beginning to wonder if, because ordered from a food delivery app (Uber Eats, Skip, etc) that they cut every corner..I understand that everything has increased in price.. but, paying for something you don't receive.. I think, is theft, and the franchise location should be held accountable!(*Added photos of the above)

I have been coming to this location for over a year. Every week. Sometimes twice a week. I always ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki with extra vegetables and no sauce as I’m celiac and allergic to gluten. I’ve never had a problem and the staff always treated me well. I came today and ordered the same way I always do. First they give me chicken and beef which is not what I asked for. They then plucked out the beef and put shrimp on it but I noticed there was sauce on the shrimp. I told him that I can’t eat the meal bz they put the soy sauce and I’m allergic. He then plucks off the shrimp and gives me he’s shrimp but the sauce was already on the rest of the food. I tried to explain that I’m allergic and can’t eat that. I told him and he knows fully well who I am that they cooked it perfectly for me all the time before. He persisted that I ordered incorrectly. I ordered the same way I’ve done over 20 times before. I asked him to make me a new one and he refused. I asked for my money back and again he refused.It saddens me bz Theos used to be my go to place all the time. I don’t understand why all of a sudden today they couldn’t just give me the steamed plate without any soy sauceHorrible customer service. Never going back. People with allergies beware!!Whoever ordered after me probably got my left platter. So there goes my $22 down the drain. .

The worst food we’ve ever tried. Can’t even say the worst food we’ve ever eaten because it was inedible - I couldn’t have more than 2 bites. The spring rolls taste like manure, when we said they may have gone bad the employee said “then throw them out.”
