Every time I order a iced cap here, the ratio of ice cap to cream is wrong. And I understand because there’s always a huge line and traffic at this tim Hortons. And normally the customer service is good. But today I came to make note that am iced cap bought for me was watery, and I’d like to ORDER a new one. Instead of listening to me someone who claimed to be the general manager stepped in. Started to tell me I just wanted a free drink and that because it was 10-15 mins ago that’s why it’s watery. Then I was trying to tell her my drink was rushed and it was full to the 4 mark and not the brim. She started to get louder, refused to give me her name and told her workers not to give her name and that I should report the whole store. Then she told them if anyone asks the ice cap was made properly. I literally come here almost everyday… never seen her before and I’ve never experienced this before. Her own employee was afraid to say my drinks have been watery before because her manager was acting up. I ordered a new drink and surprise it was watery too.

They really need to improve the service and keep the place more tidy.If I want to buy something to eat I definitely look for the cleanliness and how the place is managed.

One of the cashier who seemed to be the team lead was rude with customers as well as with her team. I have no idea how she got the opportunity to be a team lead since she has that kind of attitude problem.The most thing I felt bad about was there was an old man in front of me who was having a hard time counting the money and instead of comforting him she was showing off her attitude to that old man.
They don't have orea ice capp.it's ok it's totally fine but how rudely the cashier replied by rolling over the eyes that was not at all good bro if you don't like your job leave it. But don't try to show that attitude to

Mostly I have bad experience at times hortons. But from few days am experiencing wonderful service by Navdeep. She is a very nice employee always serving with a beautiful smile. Even though it’s busy I don’t know how she maintains a smile on her face. I really wonder how she sometimes manage alone at the sandwich station with so many orders and gives a fast service . Not even this when I visited Tim Hortons today , I was tired and frustrated and she noticed that, she asked me about my day and we had a little conversation about that, that’s a little action that changed my mood. This is the best experience I had at this location.
