I’d say I’m being pretty generous with this review. Take in the fact I came in 10-15 minutes after I ordered. When I entered there was no one in line and the other online orders were ready. This is not the only time they’ve taken a long time. Another time I came in for only 2 iced coffees and that too took 10 minutes.TLDR Only go here if you’re able to wait an extra 5-10 minutes.

People are really nice, they make good food and always serves with smile. The only issue that I am giving one star is to owner. The owner wants them to do slavary. This is always a busy location and they always have only one person working at front. Running from one end to other. They still serves with smile coz they are good people but the owner I think Is taking advantage and not scheduling enough people for this busy location. This is called slavary. I don't i courage this.

After a long day of work, I went to get a cup of coffee at this establishment. One of the staff members tried to change the coffee filter so she licked her fingers and picked it up. When she saw that I noticed her she put it in the garbage and she went to wash her hands, And unfortunately for her, she did the worst she could do. She dried her hands on her dirty shirt and continued serving customers. I live very close to this location, but unfortunately, they lost a customer today. There is obviously a lack of hygiene and training. Not everything is about money. The service is also slow and there is not enough staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff, seems to be a properly trained staff. Their manger managed store so well. Everything is properly cleaned, fresh coffee and food.

I hate to say anything bad but this has to be addressed. I always pre order my food before coming in. And most usually there is something missing. So I ask them to check. Usually no issue but today I get a stern response back from one of the ladies - WHAT ? She says. But not your usual what is missing ? This was more rude and unprofessional and it left a bad taste for me. I actually didn’t know how to respond. The other lady came out and sorted out before I was about to say anything. I visit this place 3 - 4 times a week. Teach her some manners and customer service skills. Thank you .

This location has poor customer service. Yesterday - August 9th around 5pm I visited this location and paid cash for my order. The lady working behind the counter shorted me on my change. Rather than going to get change for her till, or asking me to provide a different method of payment for my order she just kept the extra money that was owed to me. She said “I only have this much change”, handed it to me and walked away before I could even answer. I have never received such horrible customer service from a tim hortons location, your staff truly needs to be trained.
