Poor customer service. First of all, Employee VANYA was very rude . such people cannot serve and work with customers if they can’t control themselves. Second of all, she lied to me about the offer I wanted to use on my app. Clearly it says I can get 2 coffees or 2 teas WITH 2 donuts for 5$. Instead, she said I can only get one coffee(tea) for free, another I have to pay for..or one donut another I have to pay. Disappointing. Her behavior was shocking. Never ever I have experienced such a bad customer service at Tim Hortons. I have already send the complaint to guest service specifically about this employee and this situation but it would be great if manager on duty can talk to her and explain to her duties and her job responsibilities.

If I could give the service zero stars, I definitely would. To start, the service was extremely poor and staff members not only appear to be incompetent but are beyond rude. I was given a set of wedges and upon opening the bag, saw that most were burnt and the others were extremely hard, prac inedible. I therefore took them back to the counter and kindly asked to have them exchanged, hoping for something that was actually palatable. Edi, the lady who was working at the counter was persistent in questioning why we had chosen to return them despite us explaining in detail that they were not edible due to them all being hard and most of them burnt. After some time, she then directed us to speak to the manager (who’s name I cannot remember at this given moment) pertaining to the matter, however, before we even had the opportunity to speak to her, she had realized that we had come to return the wedges, she developed a nasty, disgraceful attitude and was also constantly rolling her eyes. Alas, she indicated to us that she would exchange them and call us back to the counter once they were done. When she did so, we quickly realized that all she had done was to put fresh wedges over the same ones we had previously returned. Horrible. We no longer saw the point in trying to dispute the matter with such ignorant people and simply threw the items away. Needless to say, Tim Hortons corporate managers need to thoroughly evaluate who they are hiring to work in their establishments because this is completely unacceptable for customers who are coming to spend their hard earned money. To Edi and whomever that manager was; do better. Be blessed and stay safe. -2/10 would not recommend.

Drive-through today at 3:20 PM Wednesday, February 20 I specifically just asked for an ice cap two donuts and a ham sandwich with no tomatoes and extra mayo. The person at the drive-through took my order repeated my order perfect fine he was great. My problem is once I received my order and drove off, I had no mayo on my sandwich. since I had just picked the kids up, it took me 15 minutes to drive back to get my order correct? I decide to go in to speak to the manager the managers name as she said her name was Lata says OK I’ll put mayo on your sandwich. She grabs the sandwich from my hand and proceeds to splat mayo six rows of it , excessive amount of mayo on my sandwich! So I politely say her I’m sorry, but that is an excessive amount of mayo and she tells me well it’s supposed to be two lines of mayo when you asked for extra mayo. so that is four lines of mail and I’m like yes but I just watched you put squeeze out 66 lines of mayo! could you please just make the sandwich fresh since it’s been half an hour since my sandwich was made? she tosses the sandwich aside and starts to make the sandwich and decides that I now ordered a turkey bacon club and makes a turkey bacon club and then says to me OK you ordered a turkey bacon club with no tomatoes and extra mayonnaise. I repeat to her no I’m sorry I told you it was a ham sandwich, ham and cheddar with no tomato and extra mayonnaise which I don’t understand. She had the sandwich right in front of her.! Apologize for the mistake. Just smiles and says oh yeah ham and cheddar here you go. Have a good day.I don’t have a clue if this was even a manager because to my knowledge, this is not how a manager should behave or ask to a customer that regularly visits the store every day I’m appalled by this behaviour! I guess this girl that calls herself the manager was the one making the sandwiches and I’m assuming this because she was wearing gloves on her hand that she was stocking the shelves with, and then decided to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Yummy didn’t even change them, so yeah if you’re going to eat here, just make sure you watch what’s going on after seeing that !yeah, I know!! Totally not sanitary or cool! So this is the reason why I put the date and time because I know they got cameras!

Bad customer service by the cashier there is two lady from same country sorry to say but I don't know there name but I guess they are from china I have some friends from same from country they are so good but omg I am also a cashir I know how to behave with customers whenever I come to order they both look at me and they laugh I don't know why but it's not good today again I came to order and she is not taking my order she said go to next one and I go there another she is saying go back to same lady they both are terrible.

11:48pm and there’s a sign in the drive through saying it’s closed.Not to mention I came here a few days ago and there was a girl working, I had to circle the drive through 2 times and then bang in the window in order to get service and even then the girl came to the window and said “what?”I proceeded to tell her I’m a customer trying to get a coffee and she told me she couldn’t serve me because her boss gave her a long list of things to do and cleaning was her priority. She actually told me “I have a choice to serve customers on my free time”.I have never heard something as absurd as this coming from an establishment that claims to be 24 hours and also customers come first.I would like the owner to reply to this so I can call and ask if This is really how this business is run. I have never seen a place claim that cleaning comes before the customers when we are the ones keeping the place open.

Staff are really friendly and attentive. Customers however are a mixed bunch, I've been harassed by multiple unsavoury customers on my way to work in the morning in and around the building. I know this cannot nessarily be controlled by the establishment but it loses points for where I want to be. Cleanliness however is also fair and I've had no issues with that

Terrible customer service. Water downed drinks or aren’t properly drained after cleaning their machines. Was told that ‘this is how we make it here’ then when told that I’ve come here quite often they stated that ‘my taste buds have changed’ that ‘no one else complained’ while giving off attitude. Next time I go in the area I will take a picture of someone who left their full drink out and will update this review with it as I’m not the only one. People just leave a review or leave it out because they don’t want to deal with people who are unqualified to be working here in a Tim Hortons establishment.

Service was too bad. They made me wait for 15 minutes for a mobile order that I placed 30 minutes ago. Terrible experience, will never order again. I think they need to train their staff.
