The overall selection of donuts is poor. It’s like they only make the ones they feel like making on a particular day. Anytime I want a particular donut, they seem to be either sold out or “making a fresh batch”. It’s so inconvenient.Overall cleanliness of the place could use some improvement, especially the bathrooms.I wish the staff were properly trained in people skills. There used to be a nice lady who worked there. Haven’t seen her in a while. She was the only one with good customer service skills.The issue with homeless people constantly coming in and out should be addressed. I understand and acknowledge their situations, but coming to a Tim Hortons location shouldn’t be it. They need proper supports for hospitals and the city.I will not be returning to this specific location in the near future. Instead, I’ll go the other location which happens to also be on Dundas St E, just 5 minutes closer to the Mississauga-Toronto boarder.
