I ordered ice coffee with no ice but they gave me cup full of ice. Highly recommend to not go there. Had a very horrible experience. Although we belong to same community but the girls work there treat very badly. Her name is Sunena. I also experienced one more thing that sunena add extra and free things to the punjabi boys that come there as a customer. Even the management doesn’t care about anything.

Your usual Tim Hortons but they never have what I order (mobile) available. Always need to find alternatives, must be a busy location.

I used the drive thru on Sunday at 5:30 pm. One car in front but it took more than 5 minutes to order and be served. I ordered two apple fritters. They were absolutely delicious! I have had them from other Tim Hortons but these seem to be fresher and larger than expected. The server was friendly - no idea what caused the delay.

Horrible location, extremely rude and unfriendly staff and I'm not discriminating but please put English speaking staff on the drive thru, orders are constantly wrong, where you get 3 cream in a French vanilla from "a sleeve" is beyond me (mind you I am referring to the staff that is on the evening shift. I always go after work (6ish) and it's the same workers. They squish our food in one small bag and everything's a mess, maple icing from the donut all over the cinnamon twist, like let's use some common sense here!

I frequent the drive-thru here and they are often asking me to drive up into the parking lot so they can serve the car behind me as they finish my order. I understand this could be because of possible pressure regarding quicker drive-thru times. It is valid to ask customers with larger orders to pull up to serve the cars behind them who may only have a couple drinks. But it is unacceptable to ask us to drive up for 3 drinks and 1 breakfast sandwich. Not to mention, it wasn't even the sandwich we were waiting on because they handed that to us before asking us to pull up. I especially don't understand it in the morning when they are fully staffed. Please stop asking customers with reasonable sized orders to pull up, that isn't the way to better your drive-thru times.
