I am a daily customer at this Tim Hortons location for years now, simply for the great service I receive and the amazing staff that go above and beyond for their customers.I would like to acknowledge Nina, Komal, Reshma, kamal, preet and Rana for the great customer service, positive attitude and speedy service they provide!!This locations display case of fresh baked goods is always stocked, store is well kept and clean!!They take pride in what they do and it definitely shows!! Keep up the great work that you do!!See you tomorrow!!

Even if some students may have been bad for them . It is absolutely intolerable to write such instructions where you indirectly don’t want to have students in your store. students can’t be in a group of 4 and even if they are alone they aren’t allowed to wear a backpack.Writing the word students and targeting them is a ridiculous way of handling things.Shame on the this tims , everyone has been a student at some point of life.

To the new owners of this place: You ruined it.I come here everyday multiple times a day to the point where the girls who quit recently knew my order by heart and knew who I was even when taking my order through the speaker.Nothing like going to Tim Hortons and as you’re walking in you’re coffee is already made because they already saw you coming.This location had an excellent team and the new owners literally destroyed it.Even the manager that was there quit when they switched her to the location across the street. They became so miserable with the new management that they ALL quit!!!I have nothing good to say, especially when the management tells their employees not to talk to the customers, yes that’s right, they aren’t even allowed to ask a customer how their day was because apparently it wastes time. Like WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE?? Do you not know that talking to customers IS CUSTOMER SERVICE? you want them to be robots?I have never seen such poor management at this location until recently when the new management took over. Not only myself but many other customers became very unhappy when this whole change happened.This is not the friendly place I get my coffee from anymore. The people in the drive through never understand what you say and when they pretend they did they give you an order that looks nothing like what you asked for. They can’t even speak or understand English. LOLTo make a long story short this place is a joke, go elsewhere.And management clearly needs lessons on HOW TO MANAGE A BUSINESS.ZERO STARS.

Best tim hortons I've been to south of Eglington-girls are all so nice-I think many of these reviews are getting confused with the Tim hortons across the streetAs the reviews posted don't add upThere is NO washroomAnd it is in a gas stationBeen going there for -1yearAlmost dailyThey are fastPoliteESP girl on afternoons at times alone. Very good service always

One of the best Tim Hortons on dixie and burnhamthorpe corner. Drive thru is really quick and fast and coffee is always fresh:)

I’ve tried this location a few times, the wait is always long and they very often do not have iced coffee available. There is drive-thru, which I would think should save time however it never happens and I end up needing to go to a different location. They seem severely understaffed, whether that’s a hiring or ownership problem I am unsure, however the Tim Hortons across the street doesn’t seem to have the same issue.
