Use the drive thru on a regular basis. Great service. Friendly and efficient staff. Very pleased with items we order. Wait time is minimal Depending on what you order. Recommend this location.

I asked for a bagel with cream cheese and to make it a meal. This is my go-to at Tim Hortons. Lady at the register said it can’t be made into a meal even though it’s never been an issue at any other Tim Hortons. I said to cancel it and I’ll just get a coffee instead. I was about to pay but good thing I checked because she did not remove the bagel. Maybe the cashier is new and needs more training but if that’s the case then it’s on Tim Hortons to provide proper training to employees or have them be supervised when they just start.

When I came up to order the cashier was so rude by asking me if I was done with every item I tried to order. One was a gift card , then I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the new marble hot chocolate. After asking for the gift card I was asked " is that all?" I said no then ordered my sandwich, and I was asked " is that all?" And again I said no then ordered my drink, then paid. I wanted my receipt but when I asked I was ignored and they took the next person, on-top of that the sandwich was sloppy maid like not even on the English muffin and even the English muffin wasn't cut probably, and my drink was sticky and and slightly dripping.I understand your busy but I was upset leaving. One of the worst experience I had at a Tim Hortons .

A New girl working 9th sept morning don’t know how to greet customers..she was always on phone while taking order to preparing it she didn’t even look up at order and messed up my order…don’t know her name coz her badge was not visible but she was a healthy girl …it’s totally disappointing not even a hi and thanks to
