I hate leaving bad reviews but the staff here is by far the most useless, incompetent and lazy I've ever seen. We all know Tim Horton's quality has dropped drastically over the last few years but these girls take it to the next level.

I Must say that today I had observed an amazing gesture of a young man that works for Tim Hortons by the name of Evan . A nice couple wanted to sit down by Wendy’s side and the tables had been dirty . The nice lady had asked Evan if he could kindly wipe the table. He responded that it wasn’t their side to do the cleaning , which I totally agree with him , they should acknowledge when it’s not too busy to go check the tables cuz that’s where we eat. Well that young man Evan, replied by saying I will do it for you. So he did that I must say he went on and beyond . I observe everything wherever I go and I must say that young man knew exactly what to do . Each side should acknowledge people when they’re looking for a place to sit and see if it needs cleaning . Another young lady by the name Ramendeep 2 yesterday she was cleaning their side and she did a phenomenal job. I have no problem with customer service but cleaning is one of the most important thing in everyday life . It’s presentable and hygiene is needed. Just treat the place where you work as your own cleaned home . Wow I can see improvement in the cleaning ?amazing. Seen Sherlyn , and Harmanjeet , I think she’s new Tassy cleaning . You guys are such a phenomenal team . Every time I come here I’m welcomed with such amazing service . Sherlyn and Karina u guys amaze me . I CANT forget Harmanjeet which if I’m feeling down I just have to look at her contagious SMILE . That’s so genuine ? love this place .

Just opened the box and there is it a nice long hair on the pizza - OPEN YOUR EYES and inspect the food before giving it. Your are feeding humans not pigs. Stained iced coffee cup as well pictures attached!!!! Disgusting!!!

I bought a small coffee using my Tim card. I had $1.65 left on my card. A small coffee is $1.67 but with no more pennies it is rounded down to $1.65. Since I was using my card and not cash, the girl would not give me my coffee unless I gave her another 2 cents. Pennies do not exist any more. So I gave her 5 cents and asked for 3 cents back since this whole episode was ridiculous. But we have no pennies. She couldn't grasp the whole thing even after this. My coffee was full of grounds at the bottom. I'm finding this more often now they don't use the small pots any longer. These tiny Tim's locations are constantly going downhill with their service.

At first the staff is too slow , the lady always jump to next order, even first one was not done.. They never ever give proper order. Mostly i avoid to go that location but sometimes opposit site was busy i came here … Even that time i was frustrated , they give that crispy chicken wrap, it’s mostly empty, nothing was in wrap …They need to take care of customerThank you ?

**UPDATE**If I could give ZERO I would…I was planning on updating this to a positive review as Tim Hortons quickly responded to me shortly after I posted my original review on July 14th. The Manager was apologetic & shocked at the amount of dressing that was put on my food. He said he planned on looking into it further but in the meantime would me leave something @ the drive thru for my inconvenience. However, turns out it’s a $10 gift card to cover my $17.18 bill. Now that’s REALLY insulting! :-/Original Review (July 14, 2022)I’ve been living in this area for over 20 yrs and have frequented this location as I work nearby. Morning crew has always been fantastic but, this was the afternoon group. I ordered a Loaded cilantro lime chicken bowl & a wrap. I asked for extra dressing on the side cause sometimes i find it a bit dry. It was an additional charge but she informed me if they just put extra on top it’s free. So I said ok I’ll take a little on top. I paid and she went back to speak to the team. The 5 of them had a conversation. They may have noticed me watching and each went about their way. The girl making my bowl chuckled and almost looked surprised before she closed the lid. And this is what they served me…the first photo is after I attempted to remove all the extra dressing. The second photo is what I removed. C’mon people let’s show some common sense & respect to someone’s hard earned money. I said a LITTLE EXTRA, NOT DOUBLE OR COVER THE ENTIRE TOP OF THE BOWL!!! And I feel like it was done intentionally. I find that behavior is rude, unprofessional & unacceptable. I will now be taking my business to another location.
