We ordered via drive through and staff working there (punjabi’s) were bad mouthing in punjabi when we reached the payment window. Made us wait for the order and handed the order with missing items in it. If you can’t respect the customers/ workplace please don’t work and put negativity allOver.

Had the misfortune of getting nothing but a coffee here but with a big side of unpleasantness. Most of the people here are talking loudly and obnoxiously in their own language and ignored me during my whole visit. My interaction with Saffi was extremely distasteful who was utterly rude and even managed to spit towards me when screaming his comments at me. Disappointing is an understatement (I felt attacked) and hope to escalate this as best as possible.

Why are most Tim Hortons location so dirty???We have to come with our wipes to clean the tables!!! Floors and washrooms are also so filthy.This is not the only location. All locations have become so dirty. Is this not part of your standard operating procedures (SOPs)?!?!Very disappointing! I am sure others are suffering as well.

When asking for my bagel order to be triple toasted (extra toasted.... ...very dark) , and both slices buttered , I get regular toasted and one slice buttered only. Is it because they so busy or is it they don't listen to what the customer wants. Sorry for having to complain, this not my usual way because I would rather compliment.

I have ordered an Ice Capp twice nowfrom this location through door dashAnd both times I got no straw!Unfortunately I don’t have straws at home but I received a winners gift card for Christmas and I will definitely be buying a steel straw!! Very disappointed with the service !! ?
