Had a few times where threy started to pour coffee, and then poured tea into the same cup, ended up with some weird hybrid.Got a dutchie today and it was filled with chocolate? Not the dutchie I grew up with. They dont make the donuts on site so no idea which location made them

Go to this location daily. At least 3 times a week order is wrong. Line back up for 10 mins. Today ordered 2 iced coffees and when I get to window 2 large ice Capps handed to me and say that's wrong. Then they said they can't take it back, but want to charge me for their mistake. Changing locations.

Very poor in service, staff is very rude, afternoon coffee is worst to have there, I guess owner doesn’t care since lots of customers due to corporate building and nothing else is available.
They never have a lot of selection, often the coffee is NOT fresh when we ask if it is (which pretty sure that's a Tim Horton slogan). Inconsistency in their service - some people are great, others almost give you attitude when you order.
