I recently tried villa madina for the first time and was very let down. I got the chicken rokbox and everything tasted really bland, especially the rice. It was also the only new thing I tried and the next day I was sick all morning. I believe I have gotten sick from eating at villa madina in square one, will definitely not be back.

What a joke this place is. Went to place an order had to wait for over 5 mins with no one at the counter, once order was placed it took a good plus 15mins and then it was handed over to someone else right in front of me. I walked away after I asked for a refund. For some reason the refund didn’t apply back on my card so they asked if I could swing by do to so.I’ve gone back thrice to pick the refund but every time it’s a new story. Today instead of a refund they made me a meal which wasn’t needed in the excuse “our manager isn’t there to process the refund”I work in the same mall with very short lunch breaks so it get very difficult to waste my time to back and forth for this. They keep the money and enjoy it and best of luck to them!

Everything in my shawarma and garlic potatoes tastes like it’s been left out for days.specifically the pickles and garlic cause tastes not pleasant along with no flavour in any of the dishes I ordered. will not be coming back.

One of the worst places ever… since its halal, its the only good option for me to eat at erin mills town centre. I went there so many times. But the customer service is the worst, the ladies there are very rude and even the portion they put its so little. When I ask for something extra, I’m paying so give me what I want! The guy last time was very nice but when this girl in the shift she ruins everything. You lost a regular costumer! Thank you for this service.

They fill the plate with rice and are pretty stingy with everything else, especially the meat. For the price you pay, it should be way more meat. Disappointing cuz I like the food but I feel like im not getting my money's worth.Update: If you really cared about improving, you would put less effort in the standard cookie cutter response and use the information above as well as other people's feedback (which seems to be similar) to actually improve the portion sizes especially meat. This isn't just this store, it's consistent across the board with Villa Madina in general. I've eaten at several locations over the years and NOTHING has changed.
The chicken portion is ridiculously small compared to rice. Dont bother complaining to them... they have no interest in satisfying their customers.

If you want to meet cheap and nawar (means low class in Arabic language. (Arabic is my language btw) then these people are it. When I asked for more green chilli the owner yelled at the associate and said only add two chilis. Cheap culture and tacky owners.

Ordered a mix shawarma plate yesterday. The food was good but the portion was so small on the chicken and beef. Had like 2oz of chicken and 2 oz if beef. For a $17 plate that’s very little meat, I’m used to the square one location which used to pile on the meat like 5 oz of each chicken and beef. They need to up their portions, otherwise it’s a rip off
