Tale of Two Siblings

The whole experience is overshadowed by the price of everything. When anything costs 4-5 times the normal price .Same bottle of wine we found online for 9.99 costs 64.99

Don't eat here. It's not cheap and they ship in the food from another part of the airport and warm it up for you. The breakfast burrito was not bad but the sides (potatoes and bacon) were cold. Scrambled eggs were wet, cold, undercooked and needed several minutes of additional reheating by the "chef".Hard pass.

So Horrible! I ordered a decaf cortada, and they served me a caffinated one. I realized that when I complained about how the cortada I ordered had too much milk and asked for a new drink with decaf shot. But he told me they don't even have decaf coffee. They should have let me know at the first place that they don't have decaf coffee.

Had the unsatisfying experience of eating here. Ordered the pulled pork sandwich which was loaded with fat. The sandwich was bland - there were no spices added when it was cooked. It was supposed to have 2 sauces but when I took the top bun off, there was minimal evidence of any sauce! The server dropped off our food and we didn’t see her again. Sadly, you pay a minimum 16% tip up front when you place your order. The server didn’t earn it. The food was also overpriced for what they gave you. I wouldn’t recommend this place!

We were trying to decide where to eat in Terminal 3 and settled on this place. We were pleasantly surprised, considering the terrible reviews. My husband had the Italian sandwich and I had the pork sandwich. Both were very flavorful and the kettle chips on the side were tasty. Airport food is what it is but I would come back here at YYZ for sure.

Wine selection was good. I am decreasing the rating based on honesty in service. They did not have food available to order for about 1hr. The staff was telling us food will be available to order in 15mins after we arrived. I would have much preferred if they were honest from the beginning. Food selection is minimal, portion is small and tastes average. Very disappointed with the service.

Everything has to be ordered on iPads most don’t work and they are filthy. Bring your own sanitizer. The food and drinks are very slow even though it was quiet and there are 7 staff standing around doing nothing Don’t eat here

We chose to order here and spend money on the food and drinks because we were kick starting our honeymoon. We right away we were unimpressed when the drinks were served. They did NOT come in the glassware displayed on the menu. This may seem like a minor detail to most, but glassware is made specific for particular beverages. I we drank our cocktails out of tall water glass (thick rimmed glass) — as a ex-bartender from a restaurant, this is simply lack of care. Second, the food was average and I wouldn’t order here again. I would have rather saved our money and grab a grab-and-go sandwich and a bottle of water for what we paid.

We popped in for some drinks before our return flight to the UK. Drinks were nice but as you would expect, quite pricey. If we were earlier, I would have opted for booking into the lounge which is really good value.

Horrible food quality and very slow service as there aren't enough waiters. Had to reorder three times since system was glitchy. Did get a free meal though. Go for other restaurants if possible.
