tonight i went through the drive thru to get a burger for my mom. when i pulled up to the window, the girl just looked at me like i was supposed to ask debit or cash. i asked her how much it was and she told $9.50. i handed her 2 $5 bills and she looked me up and down and said its $9.50. i told her im giving her $10 and she rolled her eyes at me. she gave me my food very aggressively and couldn’t even say “have a nice day” like any normal person would do working fast food. i don’t know what type of people they having working here but they aren’t it.

I used to go to this Wendy's location all the time. A few months ago I think it changed management. The side cesar salad has less than half the bacon on it. And the staff are slow and rude! Yesterday the cashier argued with me about the way I was ordering, and I order the same thing every time. And on top of that, they no longer show the news on the TV and it scrolls through some movies but never plays anything. I don't need the news but it used to be so nice to go in and have a break from work. Waste of time and money. I am going to the other locations nearby.

Be warned! Go to another Wendy's location It's disgusting here. My son found this is his baked potato Sunday evening (Jan 14) I spoke to the manager and he was unbothered like it's a regular occurrence. I then asked if he would eat it, so he finally replaced my baked potato. When did Wendy's have such low standards??? I'm shocked and disgusted with the overall nature and cleanliness/hygiene of this location. I am so turned off ever eating here. Never again.

Consistently missing items from orders. General staff is lacking to say the least with regards to achieving some sort of standard above poor in the service industry. The manager ( or perhaps one of) attempts to make things right, but unfortunately the repetitive errored orders continue on a once per month or two basis. I only continue to go there for convenience of location as it works on a tightly scheduled evening about once per week.

Food is always fresh and delicious! The service is fast however, I hate the fact that of I don't ask for any ketchup and stuff like that they don't put them in the bag. Also you don't get your monies worth re the drinks unless you t3ll them no ice. Otherwise they fill your cup 1/4 wally with juice and the other 3/4 is just pure ice! We don't need that in a cold country such as this! I will never stop buying from Wendy's however because the food quality is GREAT!!!

Sadly, the service was rushed and there is no light near the in/out drive tru area.I had to quickly check my meals and had an item missing. I then asked for it moreover, when I got home they gave me the wrong burger. When I got home it was 1 patty instead of 2. I feel robbed. Not going back to this location.

Doors closed and locked to customers @ 10:28pm Friday night. Hours indicate otherwise. Highly inconvenient. Why pay staff to cover a whole restaurant if they're only taking drive through orders for the last 3 or 4 hours you're open ?
