Terrible experience! Ordered a strawberry Frosty from uber eats but what I got was a flavorless mess. It was totally white, no strawberry syrup or chocolate chunks in sight. Looked more like a milkshake than a Frosty! I wasted $15 on this nonsense and had to throw it away immediately. Horrible customer service! Would not recommend this location!

The service was awful. The people that work here act like someone is holding a gun to their head. They don’t smile. They don’t talk. They just throw the food in your face and that’s it.This was my worst experience at a fast food place. I ordered a poutine and the cheese was frozen. They closed the lid on the fries and the gravy spilt everywhere in the bag as well as the actual packaging. The nuggets were stone cold and tasted old. On top of that, NO NAPKINS. not like i’m gonna need them anyways considering the food they gave me. ALSO, I used to work at wendy’s and their standards for things like cleanliness and service are high. Believe me when I say that this location is not following those standards.

OMG It’s Jazzy
I made and places a simple order at 11:28 that come to $30 and wasn’t even close to being made correctly 2 out of 3 orders where wrong, ordered a Dave double and it was like a whopper then I ordered a Son Baconator and it was just 2 beef patty with bacon and cheese nothing else on it no veg no sauce nothing.(Plus I asked for bbq sauce and they didn’t give any)Smh you would think being a returning customer they would have at least improved on the quality of preparing orders sadly I won’t be coming to this location ever again this isn’t the first time.
