Went in to grab a coffee on my way through town. Asked for an XL 3 creams 2 sugars. I always check my cup before I leave, and thugs time especially because my cup felt super hot for 3 cream. Sure enough there is what looked to be about 1 cream not even. I go back to the other cash register and ask if they could put a couple more creams in. They do so willingly which was a relief. I then head back out to my car to get ready to go. I take a sip and there’s absolutely no sugar, or it wasn’t stirred. So back inside I go to get stir sticks and sugar packets.

I order drive thru steep tea triple triple just 10 minutes ago and they gave me coffee. I wasted my money .... time ....and very sad with this response .

Went around 11am on Saturday for 2 farmers wraps and a stepped tea. They didn't have any sausage and the hash brown wash over cooked making it dry and crunchy. Had to wait long than normal .

Quick, efficient and friendly at the drive through!
Have had no issues with this Tim Horton until the last couple of months. Getting cups filled only 3/4 of the way. Orders missing a donut or muffin. A few days ago my wife ordered 2 French vanillas and they both tasted like muddy water - not a hint of French vanilla. The smell was foul. I took a sip and threw them both out. Waste of time and money.

This location is generally quick but I have yet to receive a bagel that’s been cut in half and as someone who’s on the go and visiting here for work I find it to be completely annoying. I’ll b going to the McDonald’s for food for the rest of my working time here.

I typically wait a while so I can have a rounded experience before I review a place that is in my local bubble.While I may not have been visiting this particular location as long as other residents, I can honestly say I've seen a bit of a decline in recent months regarding order accuracy.As someone with special dietary needs it can be particularly difficult to endure. Everyone is perfectly lovely, however I recommend that you check your order before you drive off. It is also worth noting that mistakes have been made on orders I placed for the dine in experience as well...Initially they never let us down, but mistakes have been happening with increasing frequency as of late.
