I was ordering a bagel and the employee was arguing with a customer and ended up throwing timbits at them. The manager got involved and it turned into quite the specticle. Also very rarely stay stocked. Once they run out. They don't make anything more fresh (baked goods, buns, breads etc). Hope the customer was ok. Nobody deserves that.

Horrible! Is all I can say!!! You'd think its rocket science to make a coffee right! Almost every time I get a coffee it's not right I ask for 1 cream they give me 3! So frustrating!!! I think a monkey could do a better job! They wonder why they get coffee thrown at them? I call to make a complaint and all they want to offer me is 400 points! How about 400 hundred dollars!

Like most in our area we avoid the drive thru as our experiences have been brutally slow. We came in today and beyond disgusted first all of the tables dirty and the staff looks like no one was managing them. We first waited almost ten minutes for our beverages and were the only customers in at the time. There was literally three types of donuts to chose from, then looked over to see the gentleman making the donuts. He was standing there chatting then watched him walk across to chat to a girl for another ten minutes with donut in hand. Then when he got back to his area was fooling around with another employee then proceeded as it's break time went across street for drinks and sat and had his break which yes your entitled to, but don't leave out unwrapped donuts waiting to be glazed. As this is going on watch two girls chat with a guy who looked like he worked here in the dining room. Giving each other the finger and unacceptable conversations.As well following the one girl around.Very disheartening as I'm sure this affects the business as it's all open for people to see and know frustrations of poor service this location has.We were there for over a hour to witness this all.

Truly the worst Tim Horton’s experience. If you can drive another 10 minutes, go to Strathroy or Komoka. If you can’t, then cross the street and grab one at CircleK – the quality of the coffee there can’t possibly be worse than the service at this Tim’s.Order is almost always wrong or missing items; bagels are never cut in half, even when requested; toasted bagels look like they just sat beside the toaster, double toasted bagels are just barely toasted; never a thank you at the drive through, just shut the window as quick as they can after handing you the food; no straw offered with cold drinks and given with a begrudging and annoyed attitude when requested.Definitely some staff-wide coaching needed here, from PT staff all the way up to management.No, I will not be following your link to communicate my experiences with your guest care team. If you were really concerned, you would have visited the store and taken action already.
