We had ordered a birthday cake weeks earlier from what we thought was a highly reputable company. We were emailed the day before to be told they needed to cancel the order. You can imagine we thought there was no chance of getting the cake we wanted for our daughter’s 21st birthday.I was so wrong!! I went to Artistic Cakes and they literally made my day. The gentleman who was on provided stellar customer service and told me I was in good hands and they will make it work. Not only did he make it work, it was the most beautiful incredible freshest cake ever!! They were amazing. The cake I picked up was more than we ever imagined. It was more beautiful than the photo I gave him.The cake was a heart shaped red velvet masterpiece. The details and design of the cake was extraordinary. It almost had a Victorian look to it. You can expect to receive and will receive outstanding customer service and an exceptionally beautiful cake. This was the most beautiful, freshest and hands down best cake I’ve ever had. If you are looking for perfection then Artistic Cakes is the place to go.

Their staff, too, are out-of-this-world talented.I appreciate how organized and competent they are when it comes to delivering custom cakes. They "see" one's vision and they hit on all the points. I also appreciate how receptive they are to feedback. They're listeners. This is important in a business.As for the cake itself, as someone who's worked at a popular cake place before, I can say with conviction that their cakes are hands-down heavenly and fresh through and through. They top the level of freshness. Their cakes remain fresh in the fridge even days after the celebration. (Crazy!)I wish I could hog them for myself, but I wouldn't do them justice. More people need to know about them. Order custom cakes here. Show them your vision, and you'll be blown away.

10/10 for service and design!! We sent an (extremely overly) detailed request of what we wanted for a custom coffin cake for a friends birthday. They were clear with us on the phone that they would try to accommodate as much as they can, but as artists they would also have their own creative license. I am SO glad they did! The cake we received was better than any image we sent, beautifully done, smelled amazing, and completely what we wanted. Taste wise, it was also really good. The caramel filling was the best part.Definitely ordering all my custom cakes from here! Ease of ordering, service, and design can’t be beat.

I came here to get a cake for my friend's graduation. I was so pleasantly surprised when I spoke with James and he was very open to getting very creative with the cake! They even let me create a cake with flavours not typically offered as part of their standard selections, and it was just incredible.I ended up with a stunning lemon-lavender cake. The lemon curd was outstanding ! The lavender icing was everything!! The colours, the art, the attention to detail was superb.We shared the cake between ~25 people and every single person was wowed. I let everyone know where I got it from. I know I'll be coming back here for more, and so will many of the people I shared the cake with!
