Came for dinner on St-Patrick’s Day. Overall great atmosphere which was further enhanced by performances by the Ottawa Irish Dance Company. Our server, Anna, was very attentive and provided excellent service.

Once I first arrived I was greeted by a lovely hostess very kind, and beautiful smile I believe her name was Dorothy. The food was amazing and my server Anna was lovely she too was very nice, great with customers. Had a great dinner. Definitely coming by again.
It's Boston Pizza, so the food is fine.I went with my family (13 of us). We didn't realize it was Super Bowl Sunday. Really busy. But our waitress did an excellent job. Didn't miss a trick. High five.

The food and the service was exceptional at this location. I was particularly impressed that the franchise owner was present and active ensuring guests were happy and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied! we'll be back again soon!Vegetarian options: The menu had plenty of options for vegetarians, not my cup of tea, but to each their own!Dietary restrictions: Our daughter has special dietary needs that the staff executed with perfection!Parking: Parking lot at this location is great compared to others. most others are crammed into strip malls, this parking lot is massive and easy to move around in.Kid-friendliness: Our daughter was treated especially well by our server, and the special requests for her meal were handled perfectly!Wheelchair accessibility: Door openers functioned as intended.. I only remember this because my kids love hitting the buttons even when it's -30 out!

The highlight for our group of 12 seniors was the server, Ash. She was upfront by telling us she was new & that she might need assistance from other staff to answer our questions. She has a sense of humor, very attentive & a constant smile. She is an asset to your restaurant. The food was very good as usual.
