This is where the food was good Though the things that they were advertising such as red velvet They'd run out of it apparently the service was OK but the thing that brought it down was the atmosphere and by that I mean the place was dirty the people In the sharmaWho could have cleaned the place up while their Burger King was busy were sitting around and not cleaning the toilets were plugged up

Awful is the only word to describe the food and the overall experience. I very rarely write negative reviews, but this has been bothering me and I thought something should be said. Hopefully, management reads the reviews.I had not had a Whopper (with cheese) in years and was looking forward to what I remebered to be one of the best fast-food burgers going...The young lady that helped me was nice, but after a moment was distracted by a drive-thru order and a young man took over. He was very nice as well, but the shirt he was wearing was so completely covered in grease and food stains, it looked like he'd worn it to work everyday for a week. Not a great look.After receiving my meal, I went to look for a reasonably clean table to eat at. Only one table was occupied by another customer so I was optimistic, but it turned out that all of the other tables had food or drink spilled on them, so I chose the cleanest one.As soon as I picked up my burger and bit into it (after re-arranging the toppings to avoid them having fall out the sides), I realized that the bottom bun and burger patty had been microwaved and the top bun had not. The top bun was stale and the whole thing tasted a little off. I was so thoroughly disappointed.I've looked at other reviews for this location and some people seem to have had a great experience, so maybe I went on an off day (Sunday afternoon). Perhaps I'll try another location and have better luck.

Came here on Whopper Wednesday. The lineup was to the door and service was very slow, but the Whoppers were fresh and tasty.The fry and drink sizes that come with your value meal have shrunk considerably, they look like they belong in a kids meal.This is the better of the two BKs in this part of Ottawa. Avoid the one on Clyde Avenue.

Normally I don't have a problem with this location, but it seems to be going downhill. The drive thru seems to be taking longer, the standard drink size is 1/3 smaller now, and apparently now this is a poutine. ?

After a couple of visits for the whopper burgers, I have no complaints; it's just okay.
The visit was a bit of a mess from the moment we walked in to the time we left. First there was no one in sight for at least 10 minutes. Then we ordered and were told that they had to make more onion rings and said they would bring them out to us when ready. I was almost done my chicken sandwich, still no rings. My husband went to go see what was going on and the guy at the front replied “sorry we forgot.”In my opinion, there are not enough staff members and not properly trained. There seem to be some making the food. I only other person o saw was saw one very unpleasant girl working the drive though. She moved slowly and didn’t look to see if the one cashier needed help. I don’t think he was experienced and lacked training. He was however, the only person at Burger King that smiled.I will not be returning.
