100% recommend this place!! We recently had an order through uber eats that was messed up by the driver, and when I called the owner of cosmos he was so accommodating and fixed everything even though it was totally ubers fault! And the food is delicious!! :)

I've got things that need to be said about this place. This is hands down the absolute BEST Greek place in ottawa. You go there, you order the 3 meat Gyro, you eat it, and then you sit there in silence. Why do you sit in silence? Because you just heard the voice of God with every bite you took, and now you can't find the words to speak. And before you accuse me of blasphemy, understand two things;1. When Jesus comes back He's fighting the antichrist2. Once He's done that He's going to Cozmos Souvlaki to have a 3 meat Gyro wrap with garlic potatoesAnd that's just the food, let's talk about the staff. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met in the food industry. And why? Because, unless you're a German paratrooper jumping into Crete in 1941, Greeks are some of the nicest people in the world. "But how nice can they be?" you ask yourself. Well let me answer that for you. I live on the other side of barrhaven, I will drag myself through tornadoes and blizzards just to experience the customer service they give here.But there's always a downside, and I have to call this one out. When you pay with a card it doesn't give you the option to tip, and as someone who doesn't always have cash I always leave feeling a little guilty. That's how good this place is, I feel bad that I'm saving money! In this economy!!So yeah, pretty good, get the 3 meat gyro

Food is fine. I just wish once I would get the items I ordered. Missing baklava, wrong platter when I paid for more than what I received..there’s just always something… which sucks cause the service is fine. Just leaves me with a bad mood and still I try and give moments to redeem still I’m always disappointed when I get home :-( take this review with a grain of salt as the food is what you expect..just never what you want. Tried stopped giving extra directions like “no tomato” to simplify and maybe get what I ordered but the food prep is so rushed, I don’t think it matters what you say. Just pay and eat what gets thrown together for you.
