I'm sorry, but, my last visit was a terrible experience!!! You're better off going somewhere else, or ordering online hours in advance if you really need to get your KFC fix. I waited 20 EXTRA minutes for my food, to get 7 pieces of chicken that we're each cut in half to make a 14 piece bucket, while watching a team of 3 move slowly with 7 customers waiting forever. It could have been a bad night for the staff at this location, but, I'll never go back. Mary Brown's it is.

The food from this place is terrible. The chicken was overcooked, not battered properly, greasy, and flavourless. Plus, the pieces were unrecognizable and small. Ended up throwing most of the chicken away. The service was extremely slow - even though the place was completely deserted. The place has a very rundown, neglected look and feel about it. Recommend you stay far away. Would give zero stars if I could. There are much better places for fried chicken in Barrhaven.

Chicken was not evenly battered, overcooked & tasteless which is surprising when you know they are supposed to be using the same KFC recipe as other franchises where the chicken is better. Service was very very slow especially considering that the place was deserted. Would not recommend.

I was surprised at how dirty and rundown this location looked. I watched an employee hang out on their phone in the back while food was supposed to be prepped. The chicken was very greasy. The cashier at the front was friendly and did apologize for the wait time. Please clean your entryway. Wash the walls, not just the floors. Repaint the red and white boards and walls.

They chicken is not even as tasty as other KFC stores.2006:We came in 20-25mins before closing and the "supposedly night manager" named Kal greeted me with "what do you want?" And when I placed my order which was bucket of 18pc she said they only have 8pc. So let me get this straight, you guys DON'T have anymore chickens left. This is just simply laziness and we won't be coming back to this location.The customer service are lazy and rude. Unbelievable.

With all of the new competition, this KFC needs to up it's game. I thought this was a KFC thing but the one on Hunt Club is much better. Menu is hidden behind the cash, order area is very small, and the actual food was mediocre or bad. If you're in Barrhaven, Mary Brown's or Popeyes are the better choice.
