Best shawarma place around the Greenbank hunt club area. Always fresh. And always amazing.. great amount of meat and veg in my sandwich. Glad to hear they opening a second location.Keep up the good work. I try to come at least once a week.
It would be nice if they modify their business hours. I came at 8:50pm and the door was closed and the chef waved his hands saying we are closed.Thank you

Just had another delicious beef shawarma at Ottawa Shawarma in Greenbank Square on Greenbank Rd. Just when I think they made the best wrap, they outdo themselves. Tried it with some tebhuli (spelling?) for the first time & loved it. These guys really know how to make a meal!! 10 out of 10!!! See you again soon!

Today I went to buy a large shawarma poutine and the guy was bucy in phone not taking my order and as a result he misunderstood my order anyway I reach my home I was so hungry but the gravy was too salty because I tried the potatoes and chicken separate so 21 dollar poutine in garbage anyway not satisfied with service and hopefully they will fix the issues in futureThis was one of my favourite shawarma spot but they ruined my expectations
They accepted an Uber eats order and then cancelled it for no reason

First things: the sandwich was good. The meat was juicy and the begins were fresh.The potatoes were very stale. The texture suggested that they were cooked and sat for hours, possibly overnight.The server who was helping us stopped every few seconds to talk with his friend who was also in line and it took far longer than it should have to just get the sandwiches made. There is nothing wrong with chatting with a familiar customer but only do so if you can work while you talk.None of the servers wore gloves, and they served three people all while wiping their hands on their aprons and handling tools without washing their hands once. I watched them roll deeply into our sandwiches only to reach their sauce covered fingers over to roll the next customers.None of these alone are reasons to avoid a restaurant but for sure I will think twice before coming back.
