What a great find! I was travelling down Merivale and I found this gem of a restaurant. The scenes in the place were beautiful as soon as i walked in.Ordered a slice of pizza and a cappuccino. DELICIOUS! Can’t wait to try what else they have to offer.P.s: it makes the experience 10x more enjoyable when the workers are super pleasant and polite. 10/10

We ordered a small Hawaiian and a small diablo pizza with acouple dips for pick up, had been looking forward to trying this place for a while but the pizzas were undercooked with bland unappetizing toppings.. had to re cook it when we got home. Disappointed for spending over 60$ on two small pizzas that we picked up at 8:30 on a friday night which my wife was rudely shuffled out the door as the employees wanted to turn the lights off.

I just had a religious experience. I’ve been living in Ottawa for some time and I’ve had some good pizza down in Byward market and elsewhere, But the small Paloma pizza that I just ordered from this shop was the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Pizza is a bit of a weird thing to judge, because some people like a ton of toppings and lots of cheese, where other people are more authentic, crusted pizza with extraordinary ingredients. Normally, I like a pizza that weighs 17 pounds because of all the toppings and cheese. But I’ve just turned into a believer of extraordinary sauce, delicious cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey on a crust that is simply out of this world. Many years ago, I lived in Florence, Italy, and as soon as I took a bite out of this pizza, it was like that scene out of the Disney movie, Ratatouille, where the food critic is suddenly drawn back to his childhood, eating his mothers food. After taking a bite of this pizza, I was drawn back to 1993, sitting on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence, Italy, eating some of the best pizza on the planet and enjoying my youth.

We just tried Pi Squared for the first time and it certainly won't be the last. The dough was soft, freshly kneaded and delicious under prosciutto, pepperoni and Italian sausage in the Meat Lover's pizza. It was a total winner!
