We Ordered a lunch for 10 people. They messed up our entire order. Payed a large amount of money. Go back to pick up what they forgot and still did not have everything we ordered. How is it that hard . They were combo plates for 10 people and they could not complete it. Never again.

Inconsistent. I ordered twice this week. My first order was decent, but I was given the wrong additional sauce (wanted garlic aioli; received Chipotle Mayo). My second order the wings weren’t flour dusted and I was missing sauce my additional sauce. Also, the take away/carry out sucks as I wanted to go back inside to ask for the sauce, but the door was locked.Parking: Two spots only.

I'm glad I went with the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, and not the higher levels of heat. When they say hot they mean it! Good, crispy chicken. Soft, fresh bread. Really good amount of heat! The Mac and cheese wasn't bad either, even though I had it delivered through uber eats, so it wasn't quite as hot as I would normally prefer. Over all, pretty good! Maybe some slightly less spicy options would be good for people with lower tolerance who still like a good kick.

Overrated , ordered the original chicken sandwich , the sandwich is very small , if your looking to feel full after your meal don’t eat here , fries had zero salt , an they came soggy, but, the worst part about my whole order was the mac an cheese , they literally gave me cooked elbow noodles with grated cheesed on top horrible exuse for mac an cheese , so I paid $20 for a small sandwich soggy unsalted fries, and some boiled noodles with cheesed sprinkled on top

Don't be so cheap with the sauce on the side. Ordered a 5 piece and an 8 piece tenders and each got only a tiny little container of plum sauce. Be more generous. It's already pretty expensive.

Unfortunately chicken was dry and pretty bland , fresh cut fries looked and tasted like they were fresh cut the week before , I had high expectations from reading the website but Unfortunately they didn't delivery .

Extremely unimpressed. We ordered from here through UE for the first time today. Everything was soggy, fried chicken, fries all soft and damp. Coleslaw was warm? Never had that before, and the container was 2/3 full, plus it didn't have kale, which I believe they put in their coleslaw. The Nashville chicken sandwich tasted no spicier than the original, and the chicken strips were extremely generic tasting. The dipping sauces were decent, but for a combo without drinks and the quality of what we got today, this will definitely be the last time we order from here.
