I'm usually a fan of taco bell but this location "doesn't have tap water" to give you after buying your full meal. 2 sinks within visible range, and the kitchen obviously has hot/ cold tap water in the back.I just want some water after my super salty tacos, not a free meal.

The place has incredibly slow service! The rest my group who chose other restaurants in the mall food court had their meals finished by the time I got mine. There isn't really a place for all the customers who've had their order taken to stand and they don't have a screen that displays your order number so it leads to everyone being crammed together and having to move as people want past and orders come up. If they had a screen I could have at least sat with my group while I waited for the order to come up.

Trash. I asked for a bean burrito (they gave me beef), chicken chalupa (they gave me beef), and a beef taco. There was a ton of lettuce added to hide the fact that only a spoonful of beef was added to each item. To top it all off, I also didn't receive the "cinnabon delights" I ordered.I don't say this often, but the staff at this specific location really do deserve to get fired for being so incompetent.

Drive thru makes you go park. Food was okay, but the Burrito was stupid spicy. The heat factor seems to change every visit .Update.Ate inside for the first time. The food was good as always, but service is much slower than the drive thru. We finished our meal before the person who ordered after us got their food.It's a bit messy, but not dirty

Male in kitchen blowing nose, shoots tissue across kitchen make line then, wipes his hands on his work uniform. Call him out on it and he gets extremely belligerent and aggressive with me. In todays Covid and viruses, this is completely disgusting and unacceptable. There was a line up of over 20 ppl who could have contracted something from this person’s irresponsible/careless behaviour. Requested a refund on order and left. I have also contacted the Health Unit regarding this matter.
