Went there for lunch today and we had coupons and the guy at cash didn’t know how to process the coupons so we couldn’t use them???!! The food was bland, no flavour and $36.00 for 2 pad Thai and 2 bottles of water. Don’t waste your time. Eat somewhere else. Very rude staff, overpriced, and flavorless.

Ordered pad thai with beef and assorted vegetable. Got 4 small pieces of beef with mung bean and noodles. Nothing else. Place has lost its desire to cook even for a fast food place and price point. Go elsewhere while at bayshore. Its a disgrace to the brand.

My husband and I were both very disappointed with the food we consumed tonight. 32$ for two Pad Thai dishes that tasted burnt and way too salty. In addition, the noodles were drenched in sauce and there was absolutely no flavor. Super annoyed for having chosen this option tonight. I wish I had taken the time to read all the reviews that mention most of what I am complaining about. I would give it zero stars if I could!

I usually don't expect much from food court food in the mall but was pleasantly surprised by the bowl of Thai Soup I had.Not bad, not bad at all. Actually really good for food court food.
