So upset went In today wait 20 mins for food to get back to work and received the wrong order that had pineapple in it which I was allergic to. What a waste of time and money. Double check your order before leaving.

The place was clean, the bathroom was nice and smelled clean, the kitchen seemed clean and organized.The cashier was nice and patient with us when we were having problems with our credit card.Anyway, food tasted a littleeee burnt, but it was still really good, we've had worse pad Thais for sure, and we were quite happy with this one; at least it tasted like pad Thai, unlike in some other Thai expresses. Food was made quickly.Overall, quite satisfied and would consider returning to this location, especially as there is plenty of free parking.

Got my dose to remember why I don’t normally come here. I had their pad Thai with chicken and the only word that kept coming to mind while I was eating was ‘disgusting’. It was a soggy mess and I have never had pad Thai made with vermicelli. It’s usually made with rice noodle with similar width as Pho. Do yourselves a favour and pay a couple of $ more and get it from an authentic Thai restaurant. Some places are actually cheaper too and definitely edible.

Please be aware of getting wrongly charged at this location. If you order a padthai with extra vegetables for example, because of increased quantity, the order is packed in a black plastic take out container. Only this location will charge an extra 60 cents for the container. Upon questioning I was told that our owner has asked us to charge extra. Then I was given my order with reduced quantity to fit in the regular green cardboard box. The cashier rudely responded and said “ you don’t get the container if you don’t pay for it. We tried to fit in as much we could in the green container.”Please do not support such businesses where they steal money for clients to make more profits.

Great experience! The chicken pad Thai was a nice meal. It was cooked on time, in the order received. The personnel was pleasant and courteous. The regular hours of operation are 10AM to 10 PM, every day. The place was clean, and the chairs and tables as well. The restaurant was well lit, and featured a sports channel, with a sound just enough to be comfortable.Parking is free and available.With the timeliness of the meal preparation, the cleanliness of the place, the professionalism of the personnel, this place is recommended.Parking: Lots of spots available.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible with a button to automatically open the door.

We came today tried menu no 5 with shrimps/thai tomato pineapple fried rice. It was tasteless , so disappointed. They use cheap frozen shrimps for sure. Avoid this outlet at all cost. Ive tried thai express rideau mall, its way better, after all that’s why i wanted to try this at college square again. Will never go

Tasty but a bit inconsistent compared to other Thai Expresses. When I came in to order and requested the “Spicy” spice level, it wasn’t spicy at all and came in a plain brown takeout container (the type that poutine or normally comes in) that seemed smaller than the usual Thai Express carry-out box.
