I'm a daily drive through customer at this location. I noticed so many time lately that when the employee at the window hands me the coffee he doesn't look at me and he is looking behind him talking to his co-worker.Hope the management read my review and ask the employees to respect and make sure to look at the customers when they give them the coffee, so they don't spell it on the customers hand.

Ive never experienced such lack of service and slow response in a timmys ever, and thats saying something because a lot of times they arent great in service. You sit at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes before they take your order when its not busy, and 9/10 times they still get it wrong. I will avoid this location at all costs, even though it's the closest to my house.

Poor service. Slow staff, you order anything at the drive thru they tell you it's out of stock and when you go and order from inside the store, you can see the food you want is available. The staff is really slow and lazy.

I have been a loyal customer for the past three years, visiting almost every weekend with friends. However, my recent experience has left me extremely disappointed and reconsidering my patronage.During our visit on feb 9th I were asked to leave the premises by a waiter , who claimed there had been complaints about our behavior. This came as a complete shock to us, as we have always conducted ourselves respectfully during our previous visits.Not only was rude and accusatory, but her assertion about complaints regarding our behavior seemed completely unfounded and fabricated. This experience left us feeling embarrassed and disrespected, tarnishing what was once an enjoyable weekend ritual.As a regular customer, I believe it's important to highlight such experiences in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon. I urge the management to investigate this incident further and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment.Overall, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing, and I cannot in good conscience recommend it to others until such issues are addressed and resolved.

HiToday I went o the tims at the marketplace and when I asked the person who was on sandwich station to help with my order , that person said very rudily that he will not help , he said ask the person who took your order and I guess he was manager , he was talking very rude .
