If you are a walk in customer, you will not be cared for. This Tim hortons only cares about their drive thru times. You will order, after they ignore you for ten minutes, then you will be waiting another ten minutes for them to actually start your order, because then they go back to the drive thru!

Freakin ridiculous that a coffee place is not even able to stir their customers coffee properly. Sugar all at the bottom every single time. Like com on....

Ive never seen an authorative figure start "counting to three" to adults. Jarring to see such disrespect, dont work here.
Totally filthy. Staff wearing gloves handling cash, then making food. Avoid this location.

I went through the drive-thru this morning & the person taking the order was quite rude & clearly in a hurry for some reason. There were only 2 cars in front of me & one behind me. She barely let me speak & clearly didn’t listen or pay attention. I ordered a bacon & egg breakfast sandwich combo. She specifically asked me if I wanted a hashbrown to which I replied yes. I got up to the window, the lady at the window was very pleasant, & I asked for my hashbrown. Somebody from the back yelled “she didn’t ask for a combo”. The lady at cash still gave me my hashbrown. Then I got to work & my sandwich had no bacon or cheese on it. Just an egg. Not impressed!!! With the exception of the lady at the window who was very nice.
