Worst Pizza Pizza I've ever been too. Low effort in making your order. Staff are completely rude and have no sense of customer service. Wouldn't reccomend!

Have fun giving your credit card information over the phone when placing orders past 1 am. Does not seem secure and I’m unsure why I have to prepay when ordering delivery. What also makes no sense is the fact that the calls go to a call centre rather than the actual pizza pizza location.

Just placed an order through their app. They're located 15 mins from me and the app says it's going to take 57 mins before I get my pizza. Never again will I order from here. What terrible delivery service.

The sluggish pace of the workers at Pizza Pizza made the entire dining experience unbearable. It felt like an eternity just to get a basic pizza, and the lack of urgency from the staff was evident. Definitely not the place to go if you're looking for quick and efficient service.

Decided to try Pizza Pizza for delivery, Ordered an "Ultimate Pepperoni" & when it arrived & had less Pepperoni than I'd ever seen on a Pizza before I called to complain & got whatever underpaid teenager that could give a sh!#@ tell me that....& I quote...."Ultimate Pepperoni" doesn't mean "more" Pepperoni !!! I'm just hoping the owner of this franchise has an opportunity to read this as I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. bye!
Erb location, Went in to place an order, was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait that try why are busy , seriously? This is not the first time I've been told this at this location, Hire more people , will never eat at pizza pizza again,

I took my parents out for a quick snack and we've been doing pizza pizza for the past few week's as our "thing to do". The location at albert st I ordered were both burned around the entire crust on both medium pies. I told him about it and he said it was fine. I'm not paying for burned crust and I had to ask them 4 times to please remake them or refund my money. They eventually remade both pies and it was good. I've never had this happen at our other location. They knew it was over cooked/ burned and yet deliberately served it. What if it was delivered and people were depending on it? Now they would og had to wait for more to be delivered? This shouldn't of happened period!

The service was really good but the food was not it. i’m a mom of 4 kids and we love to eat pizza but when he came in here they burned the poutine, pizza, and pizza rolls was all BURNED. I would go back and tell them but i feel bad but i just wanted to give u a heads up that this place is over priced with burned
