this is my favourite place of all time. my mom and I love coming here and have been for like 6 years. The food is ALWAYS amazing, the staff are so friendly i love them. One and done. Came to try for the first time and left disappointed. No one inside when we came during lunch time so that should be a warning sign. Ordered a Phở and a Bún Bò Huế and it seems like whoever prepared it didn’t care. Tasted average and the portion was a joke. The waitress we could barely hear what she was saying. Overall it was a bad experience and we won’t be back again.
I got a few different dishes, but there was toppings missing on them. I got a dish thinking that it was the right one and I asked them just to make sure and they said it was. But when I went home it was completely different dish. The food was good. Good customer Service.
