Ebi fry was good: crispy with a light batter, served with a slightly spicy sweet creamy sauce & crunchy bits.

Agedashi tofu was served too-hot inside, so we had to wait for it to cool down. It was silky tofu, lightly battered. The sauce was decent but it could have more bonito flakes.

Tantanmen was decent. The ground pork was pressed loosely into a meatball shape. The soup was also spicy, not just the meat. It was medium spicy.

Spicy tonkotsu miso ramen was pretty good. It wasn't that spicy (mild). Portions here are pretty big. Lunch karaage was a good portion for lunch. It was decent: the dusting was not too thick.

The chashu tasty with a nice grilled flavour on one side. It could have better marbling & be seared on the other side.

Tonkotsu yasai ramen was pretty good. The stock was a bit peppery. It had a lot of types of vegetables: cabbage, carrot, fungus, bean sprouts, green onion, bamboo & mushroom.

Perfect bowls of ramen! Everything is just right; generous portion size, very flavourful broth with depth of flavour, without being too salty, perfect soup-to-noodle ratio, noodles are firm and don't get soggy as you eat, and even the eggs are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of runnyness in the yolk. The classic tonkotsu ramen is a must, but would also highly recommend the tonkotsu kimchi ramen -- the kimchi is absolutely delicious.Bonus points for having a banger kpop playlist in the background! :)

Very good ramen restaurant. Fast service! It’s a little bit salty for me. But I think it’s normal for ramen. It needs to have the strong taste.

LET ME SPEAK ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT FOR A MINUTE. 10/10 AMAZING PLACE. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD IM NOT JOKING IT HIT SO HARD I PASSED OUT IN THE CAR FOR 2 HOURS. Okay so I'll be real, everything was amazing. Words can't describe how good it was. From the Peach aid and the green grape aid, to the takoyaki, to the chicken karage. BUT THE RAMAN, GAAAAAWD DAYUM ITS SO GOOD. Come here and try it out.

Consistently great. Very friendly staff, clean dining area and most importantly the food is outstanding. Very flavorful broth, bouncy noodles, fresh toppings and the chashu is phenomenal. Definitely recommend a side order of karaage it’s very nicely done.

One of the best ramen I’ve had in my life, service was great. They didn’t have customers when we just got in but got full very fast later on. Recommend you guys to come early to avoid waiting. If you’re a fan of seafood, you def should try the Nagassako Champon, it’s really worth $20 belive me, I was so full sastified! The pork ramen was really good too, the way they torched one side of the pork made it super. Karaage’s portion was really generous. Now I understand why they have too many good reviews. Def will be back to try more of their menu, especially their sparkling drinks.
