fettuccine alfredo was absolutely disgusting. parm was straight out of the pre grated processed kraft plastic can that you buy off the shelf at a grocery store. not worth 22.

A surprisingly terrible experience.We came in just after 2 o’clock on Sunday and were seated right away. We ordered two mains and an app, asking to bring the app first. After waiting for at least 40 minutes, I told the waitress that we couldn’t wait any longer and are leaving. The waitress was clearly uncomfortable and tried to assure us that the food was almost ready. (Maybe that was true.) But our experience was already ruined.The chef came out and tried to explain to us that the reason why it’s taking so long is because the food is made from scratch. In her mind, it was reasonable for us to wait this long.We were the only table. So a far more likely explanation to me is that our order was simply not started on time. Nevertheless, the chef insisted that we pay the full price!I never had to wait for a burger for 40+ minutes! Whether that burger was worth the wait, I guess I’ll never know.I never had to wait for an app for 40+ minutes.The fact that the chef thought it appropriate to insist on full payment is appalling! Very disrespectful.I can honestly say: I’ve never had such a terrible experience.
