food is never fresh here and if you ask the staff when was the last time they put a pizza and they say oh five minutes ago and then you look at the pizza and it's 3 hours old. you guys are nasty. every time I eat I always feel ripped off when I'm done

I wish I could give negative, how about teach your staff to serve the next person in line instead of the greasy kids that walk in and cut in front of the line and start talking to the cashier and it's just ok. Great customer service, wish I could give -15 stars. What's the point of lining up if you're just going to serve the next person that walks in and passes the line and goes up to the counter. So brutal.
We ordered a pizza tonight and asked for the crazy bread topping on our pizza…whoever made it. IT WAS EPIC.Keep making pizzas!

This is my husband and I'm most local location and we go here frequently. He loves Little Ceasars. I went out of my way to stop there after work to get him a gift card for his birthday and was told "I can't do those here"I find it horrendous that such a huge franchise does not have accessible gift cards and the level of apathy was so off putting. We will not be coming here again. I'd rather give my money to a location with management that cares

I ordered one large chicago style and a pepperoni large quatro pizza from this location via uber eats. We put special instructions for chicago style and we received a cheese pizza. We called in the store and spoke to the manger who works at night around 730pm and he was rude to the fact that he said he doesnt care if we put special instruction as he doesn’t see the special notes. . Manager quickly escalated the situation and then told us that if we want chicago style we would have to order again and pick it up. WthFirst if the staff has no way to see notes then there will always be a disconnect.This location is usually my goto location but not after today.

An app error caused us to order feta cheese instead of plain cheese. Called the store and they didn’t apologize or offer any resolution. Was also incredibly rude blaming it on us, after incorrectly stating that it was impossible because they don’t have feta cheese at that location.Won’t be returning. There are better pizzas with better apps and better staff.
