It’s an ok location but there are always groups of teens sitting in the corner being incredibly loud and swearing and even yelling racial slurs at each other. They set up a little circle of chairs, plug in there phones and looks like they have been sitting there for hours. Within the time it takes me to eat my single meal the children go to the pop fountain with their little water cups three or 4 times. No one stops them, Despite there being signs everywhere of a 30 minute loitering time limit They never get told to move along and they act like they rule the whole restaurant it really ruins the valid time paying customers should have to eat without hearing teens screaming swears and slurs. I even had a friend with me once who has a very alt fashion aesthetic, and they started yelling things at her while she was just patiently waiting for them to make her food.

If I could leave 0 stars I would! Just waited over 20 mins in drive thru for them to only be answering one speaker! I waited and waited they kept answering the other side! Not the speaker I was now stuck with people in front and behind me. I was stuck in drive thru and wanted food but not after that. I will go else where thanks. I had to ruin my vehicle and take the curb. Mad is not even the word to be used right now! I'm more then furious that my time was wasted and I felt stuck waiting when I couldn't even order! Will not ever be returning to this location even if I do decide to have over priced fast food again!

I go there alot. Horrible service from them today. Long story short, they messed up our 2 mobile pickup and asked us to go through the drive through again for the second order since it wasnt “processed” eventho they did process it when I asked to pick up my two orders. I went inside and they made me wait 30 mins to get my second order. When I asked them when our order would be ready since we have been waiting for so long the guy said “okay”. We had to place it again and got charged for both our order and reorder!! They did nothing to make this right. Our first order got cold and we had to go through the drivethru AGAIN! they gave us a new order but had to take back our initial order. All in all, no discounts, no refunds, no sorrys. I dont know what the policy is at mcdonalds, but this was just a horrible experience and horrible customer service.
