Very good taste but perhaps a bit more salt would bring out more flavor.

Best Chinese restaurant so far in Aurora. I’ll recommend their combo menu, for 2-4 or for 6-8. Great places to bring your family and friends!

Will definitely come again! I took the drive down from Barrie and it was so worth it. I got the salt and pepper porkchops and it was so delicious. My boyfriend, a vegetarian, ordered vegetable fried rice and loved it. We were very happy with the prices as usually its hard to dine in and spend less than $60. Our meal was only $35 :

Very good food. Love the pork stomach with chicken soup ?. The shrimps with rice noodles also excellent. I need to go back to try other dishes I saw on the wall.

This is a little hidden gem of tasty Chinese food! With Bayview court getting expensive we ended up trying this place and the food was great! Good price and good portions too!

We love New Fusion! Their food is great and we always order online or call them ahead of time. Today we got the $88 + cash seafood combo for 2-4 ppl and to be honest, I think it's a pretty good deal. Cash only for combo sets though...

As a huge fan of HK cafés, I was really fortunate to be introduced to this gem of a restaurant by my wonderful co-workers. Their prices are reasonable, and the portions of the dishes are generous. This is one of the few HK cafés that offers soup as part of your meal. I like how their rice is properly cooked - fluffy and dry with separate grains. The curry chicken tasted like home-cooked meal, not spicy and lightly flavored. The salt pepper pork chop is comparable with other restaurants in terms of taste, but the price is cheaper at New Fusion. Friendly staff, comfortable seating and delicious food, will definitely visit again.

Ordered from the restaurant through UBER Eats, 5 different dishes (2 soup and 3 meals), and that was a waste of my money. I told my wife that the taste of all 5 dishes made me feel that someone on purpose ruined the flavor ?. Most of it went into garbage as no one would be brave enough to eat. Definitely not our cup of tea...

I will say this restaurant is just average, food is okay, favor is not outstanding. Comparing with this place, I will prefer to order the food in T&T, taste similar but cheaper.

We used to come here often because of taste and convenience, although I think the portion is small and price is high. But unfortunately, on our last visit there was a large mosquito in our food. Gladly, the restaurant refunded this dish. I was hesitant on writing this review, but my thought is how is it possible that the chef didn't see this when cooking?! Regrettably, I ate some of this before finding the bug. I got diarrhea because of this... I just want people to be aware of this restaurant's sanitary standards.
