placed a order in the Belleville location at 11:30 a.m. Pick up for 2:30pm for 3 pizzas, drove across town to find out that they didn't even have my order started or even knew about it but someone on the phone took my order and confirmed because it was my name of the day. disappointed first time trying this place and I never got to try it. it's service like this that wrecks places for first time going or even knowing about this place.

Came here with my mom. We really enjoyed that this is thin crust pizza. Tasty, fresh, good options. Small place inside the mall but makes up for it. Nice people working, highly recommend just a classic cheese or margarita pizza. If you add too many toppings it gets flimsy and kinda mushy.

This was the best pizza I have ever had. 100% get those garlic sticks. They are so incredible.

Yesterday we went there with our kids and ordered one regular size. They made a mistake and confused our pizza with someone else's and put a finish on it, while I asked without a finish. No apology or anything, just said they will remake it for me.Do you understand what it is to have 3 hungry toddlers under the age of 4 waiting for this? They started being impatient and cry.I understand mistakes happen but with that said, how hard it is to understand which pizza belongs to which order? And if you mess it up own up to it.Pizza itself was okey.

I ordered one toping pizza, which is advertised as $10.99, and asked them if I could get half pizza topped with bacon and the other half with just extra cheese as a topping. When I went to pay for it, they charged me $18 just because I asked to split my topping. 10" pizza with half topping costs you $18. I used to like score pizza, but probably not anymore because already they are expensive, and then the employees don't even let you know if you'll be paying extra. INSANE!!

Nice little build your own pizza place in the Upper Canada Mall. Definitely fits the sports bar genre but with a cross of Pi Co and a splash of mom and pop's soda shop. Their build your own stone fire oven baked pizza is pretty delicious as far as pizzas go. Definitely a good sharing opportunity for a casual day out. They also have lemonades and their own beer which is a type of amber beer. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. A surprisingly nice restaurant in the mall with so many options.

My elderly parents came in for pizza on Thursday. The toppings and sauce were clearly not fresh but they didn’t want to complain so they ate their pizzas. Soon after they both had severe stomach upsets. And are still recovering 2 days later! Very disappointing as on previous occasions they have enjoyed the freshness of the ingredients. This time unfortunately the goal clearly was to use up stale ingredients as it was a week day and business was slow. Not impressed. They will not be returning.

This location makes delicious pizzas as I’ve been here 5+ times now! Was having lunch with a gf today and it’s a busy weekend for sure. Turns out the staff messed up a couple of times with our order and we had to wait a while. However ! Big shoutout to Steve for being so attentive and polite - he quickly took over the process and made things right for us. We loved our food and his service and left happy to return again. Thank you Steve ! ??

I ordered a simple cheese pizza and had to wait for 45 minutes, They refused to add extra cheese as they only sprinkled the least amount of cheese. When requested for more cheese, they said “there’s an additional charge of $4”!!

Delicious thin crust. Love that you can add as many toppings as you want to the build your own pizza. Friendly workers. Usually do take out but the place looks nice

At this eatery, you'll find a tempting array of 8-inch and 12-inch pizzas, each boasting a thin crust that's expertly cooked to perfection. But that's not all; for those with dietary restrictions, they've got gluten-free options available too, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a slice of their delicious offerings.Conveniently nestled inside the Upper Canada Mall, this spot provides a fantastic opportunity for a light dinner after a day of shopping till you drop. Whether you're refueling after scouring the stores for the latest trends or simply craving a satisfying meal, this place has got you covered. What sets them apart is their attention to detail, particularly when it comes to hygiene and dietary preferences. It's reassuring to know that they take the extra step to change gloves between orders, especially when catering to vegetarian clientele like ourselves. This small gesture speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all.So, whether you're in the mood for a classic Margherita or feeling adventurous with a custom creation, this pizza joint promises not to disappoint. With quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and a location that's as convenient as it gets, it's no wonder they've become a go-to choice for mall-goers seeking a delicious meal.Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian toppingsDietary restrictions: Beyond the meat option and gluten-free options availableParking: Mall parkingKid-friendliness: Kids love eating here. Great way to eat a pizza for a change. You pick the sauce, pick the topping. Great way to make your own pizza. Not literally.

Best Pizza in town. So much variety to choose from but the build-your-own option is the best. Love it.
