This would normally be a great review. However my family had an experience with a presumed new hire that I cannot let slide. Customer service is key, and as someone who has been buying more Starbucks than I care to admit, not once have me or my family encountered a ruder employee and interaction at the counter. His behaviour was unacceptable and unprofessional. In no way do I believe that the customer is always right, however if a customer is more than polite and cordial, a response elicited by an employee to a customer, with a level of unprofessionalism and candour such as what was delivered to my partner in front of members of my family, my child, and in view of other staff and customers is unacceptable in all forms of business. In the pursuit of humility and understanding, I ask not that BEN be fired, However I demand that this employee must undergo training on customer service and customer to employee relations and proper interactions and possibly conflict resolution, as their reaction and demeanour cannot continue in this manner going forward. My family will not be coming to this establishment at this time and we hope that service will improve for all other guests in the future.

I’ve been coming here for years. Saturday April 6th 4:39pm I received the worst service from BEN in the drive through. Over a simple mistake (on his end) over the size, he decided to give me attitude & poorly talk about me to his coworkers in front of me to hear. He then proceeds to just dump my drink into a bigger cup and slap the sticker on. This is extremely unprofessional and ruins my usual pleasant experience at this store. I really hope they make changes to the roster.I usually wouldn’t care over size but I have perfected my coffee order to the right amount of pumps- his attitude towards such a simple resolution is baffling.

I ordered 3 black ice coffees while I was the only person inside the location. I then stood for 15 minutes while she made 5 drivethrew drinks before pouring my black coffee.... why? There was I lay one car in the drive threw when I came in.Late for work even tho I'd normally be 10 early when riding at the same time. I was the only person there. Just baffled

Ben is extremely rude, he yelled at us for letting out a little bit old coffee on the ground outside of the drive thru so it wouldn't spill, then when we asked him to calm down, he actually asked my 6'0 at 240 pounds of blue collar muscle to take it outside. Thankfully over the years he has become a calm person, and told the guy to relax.

Starbucks at Leslie and Stackhouse truly is the best! I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the baristas especially during the busy holiday season! Today for Red Cup Day they were all dressed up with festive accessories which truly made my day. They are always so friendly and work super hard to make sure that orders are coming out in a timely manner.Thank you to the morning team for making this holiday season extra special ❤️?

I come here everyday. Today I grabbed a tumbler cup and dropped it out of excitement, knocking over a few other cups.A male employee (that i have never seen before and didnt catch his name, around 5'6" with spikey blonde hair) (not Tyler, not Asher) Came over and I said "I'm sorry i tried to catch it" which the employee responded "well you didn't! You need to be more careful around this area" speaking to us like we're toddlers and with major attitude at that. huffing and puffing while checking the merchandise. and laughed at us on our way out the door.Accidents happen! He embarrassed us infront of a dozen customers or more all because of a dropped cup (that did not break) I will not return when this employee is on shift.
