Worst experience at a Starbucks ever. Had to repeat my order at least 5 times and it was not a complicated one. All drinks tasted watered down and not made properly. Even hot chocolates were wrong. For the price of Starbucks I would at least expect things to be made as they should be. Service was very poor. Won’t be returning to this location.

This is probably my least favourite Starbucks. I always order the more popular seasonal drinks and for whatever reason they always taste “off”. This is a very small location, I’ve only seen a line with 3 or more people probably twice but they are ALWAYS SLOW. I don’t find the staff as warm as welcoming like what I’m accustomed to with most Starbucks employees. This is the closest location to my home and since the service has not improved I’m forced to drive to a further location for my coffee fix.

I got an iced caramel macchiato and drank a bit of it and by the time I got home I noticed it was curdled. Couldn’t go back cause I live 30 min away.
