The service in Tim Hortons in 1700 King road, King City is below par. Every time my wife, my myself or another family member, enters to get a large order, they ignore the people in the store, and all the staff worry about the drive thru.
I feel like I should acknowledge the staff and service I receive from this location. Despite driving past 4 other locations, I visit this location every morning on my way to work and it is an absolute pleasure. I have the pleasure of seeing Joanne at the drive through; she has made a point to remember my order and asks how my kids are doing every morning. So far this is the best location. The staffs are very nice and friendly. And when I was ordering I can see that the staffs are helping each other as I have a big order. I forgot the staff name but she is working in the morning. I saw her a couple of times in the drive thru and inside the store.
