Excellent farm fresh food right to the table is right!! Very fresh and delish! Will come back for sure!! All staff are friendly and welcoming and explain each dish to you. Niagara wines and live music. Great place for a date, romance or even with a bestie!

Two people, no alcohol and we came in just under $350 for dinner. When we go out, my wife and I will typically go for the more expensive places, adds to our history of experiences. That said, for the price, I would've thought there would have been something interesting about the atmosphere or the menu. Very uninspiring, and unfortunately boring experience. Food options and what I ordered was boring as well as the general environment of the place. With slightly elevated food quality, I could've had this same experience at any other mid-range franchise restaurant.

We went in 2023 to celebrate our engagement and came back this year to celebrate the anniversary.Staff were very friendly and helpful, Erica our waitress made very good recommendations and was very attentive to us.The food is amazing. The menu is seasonal and while similar to last year, had different variations and options. The farm to table aspect was a huge selling point to us.The ambiance of the restaurant is phenomenal. Great for a romantic dinner or a business meeting. If you go soon I recommended the sunchokes and baba ghanoush, “birds” which is a selection of poultry, and the crème brûlée. Sadly the surf and turf was a Valentine’s Day special but if it’s back next year I highly recommend.

I've been here a couple times now. Great service and an amazing price fixe menu. The ingredients come straight from the chefs farm and the menu changes often.

I think this is our 5th visit and there will definitely be many more. This is a hidden gem and I am one of its unknown ambassadors! ? When anyone wants to have a wonderful dining experience I recommend AG Inspired Cuisine ALL the time.

A real culinary experience with flavours that just bounce off your tongue. It is all super fresh, locally grown, and created in-house. Just think, your vegetables were likely picked in the morning, prepared in the afternoon, and cooked and served that evening.

Every year at Christmas time, my wife and I travel to Niagara to have a romantic dinner experience at AG Inspired. The chef is incredibly talented. The menu always has a new variety of intriguing dishes. We love to pre-emptively read through the menu before our trip to AG. Once we get to the restaurant we are always given the highest form of service. The service staff is very attentive and incredibly engaging. The staff is very informative and always describes the dishes really well. It is hard to not order everything once the server has described the dish. Receiving the prepared dishes at our table is always exciting. They are always beautifully presented. The locally sourced ingredients are wonderfully inspiring. To top off the anticipation leading up to this point: the flavours and combinations of ingredients are immaculately delicious. The chef is brilliant and provides a wonderful evening for my wife and I.

The server was amazing at guiding us through the dining experience. She was definitely extremely positive about what the chef had to offer. The food was amazing and exceeded our expectation.

It was Valentine's Day. Rule number one is don't go to a restaurant on Valentine's Day, they are just too busy, rushed, inattentive, etc. Thought we would be okay with an early booking (5:30) but no, not really. The food was very nice, however, the prix fixe is a bit much. I really could have done without the desert. Which I think is a testament as to how good the food was and when I say that, I want you to know that I had the crusted tofu! Something that one would never think is filling! It was the service that put a damper on the evening. The waitress was so besotted with the older couple beside us that we did get ignored. I am not looking to get swooned over the entire meal or anything, but I could have used another bottle of Pelligrino. I might have contributed to the disdain by knowing what sunchokes were or perhaps it was because we didn't get a bottle of wine or the fancy lobster meal or any other upgrade. Lastly, just a small thing that contributed entirely to me writing this review was - the waitress brought us the bill, laid it on the table when we hadn't finished our desert or coffee. Wow. Now, I can understand if we were lingering and had taken up the max time allotted for that table, but that wasn't the case. Seriously, if that wasn't a firm push out the door then I don't know what would be.

This is our second time dining at AG Inspired. Because of our first experience, we have very high expectation for $99 Three Course dinner tonight. We had a party of 4 this time, so we ordered different appetizers, 4 different mains, and finish up with bread pudding and cream brulee. The appetizers are not bad, beef carpaccio is the best out of all, a must ordered item on the list. The salmon candy and the salad are nothing special. We have 4 different mains including scallop, birds (quail and duck breast), beef tenderloin and branzino. The scallop and birds are all a bit overcooked in my opinion. Beef tenderloin used to be excellent, but this time it is just a ok to me. Branzino is a bit too dry, but the tiger shrimp on this dish is very good. I wish they can come up a main with the tiger shrimp! For the dessert, the waitress recommended the bread pudding. The presentation is not too good, but the taste is not bad. For a $99 price point, I wouldn't come back again.

That might have been one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. Chef John has gone above and beyond with AG. The farm to table isn't a gimmick, it's a demonstrated philosophy. Everything local, everything meticulously grown, prepared and presented. I really can't say enough. It's wasn't just "dinner", it was an experience!

We tried this place due to the glowing reviews. Net net is most people have pedestrian taste, lol. The appetizers were excellent (squash bisque & salmon candy) and we were excited about a good start. Our mains were a major disappointment sadly. The leg of lamb was tough and flavourless (needed to be slow-cooked and paired with a much finer, ample sauce) and the branzino was puny and overcooked and, again, rather flavourless. Truly disappointing. The desserts were fine, but nothing to write much about.Overall, we found the food here to be unworthy of the high price and hype. The service was fine, albeit a bit perfunctory. It was a slow night with one server handling table and bar duties. Oh the wine list is predominantly from Ontario vineyards with a small smattering of international offerings (read: uninspired). This place simply does not command neither the high price nor high praise.
