Dissatisfied with good experience given how much you pay. Burger was almost $20 but poor in taste. Sadly food is way too expensive and taste sub-part. Burgers were not good. Frys were cold and wet. We all could not finish food.The plus side is beautiful atmosphere.

Extremely and disrespectful customer service. I felt dismissed and direspected when the front customer service associate almost shouted at me for asking s simple question., where are the napkins please ? And when I told her I felt disrespected, she dismissed.me and did not apologize. The whole place smells like burnt old frying oil. Very bad customer service and tge whole place smells of burnt oil.Never again

The atmosphere is pleasant and has a great view of the falls, what doesn't help much is the food. The potato had so much seasoning powder that you couldn't taste any flavor other than that. I didn't feel like it offered a good bang for my buck.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF SCAMWe had an international credit card to pay for the food. The terminal gave us an option to CAD or USD, so we asked the staff about what the option meant.Then the staff CHOSE the USD OPTION WITHOUT ASKING US which incurred unnecessary fees!!No apologies for their mistakes or whatsoever afterwards. Kept yelling at us instead on how we don’t know how credit cards work.I think they assumed we don’t speak fluent English, so judge for yourselves.

Food is bad along the service. Employees aren't skilled and aren't handling as good. Bad management overpriced food. Ps sitting garbage bins in the dining area. Waiters sliding chairs disturbing the guests. Bad and loud music.
