First time since the new owners took over and it’s gonna be the last time I ever eat there. Quality of food while it seems like it was yesterday’s food

The server was really nice and great with the suggestions, but the space was a little dated and the food could be improved on. Not a bad place, but definitely more of a takeout

This review is for the new management. To their credit, no other Chinese takeout is open until 12 midnight on a Saturday. So if you have a craving, you have one option. Everything else is hit or miss, or downright disappointing. The combo plate was okay, nothing that stood out. It's like reaching for the only Asian takeout you can find cuz it's too cumbersome to go to St Kitts. They do glutinous fried rice which is ok for me since I'm Southeast Asian. Though it should be drier. Beef broccoli is I think the best in the plate, I think they got that one right. As for the chicken balls, I don't know why the breading/coating stuck to each other. I'd say pay a good chef who can deliver on good quality. Also, please stop selling bubble tea for $6.88 (before taxes!) if you can't do it right. Try Pho Cyclo and Pho My Kan Ty, and compare your product, maybe you'd learn some.

TL;DR - Just don't come expecting Toronto (Markham, Scarborough) flavours/quality. "Best Chinese in Niagara" basically translates to "do not visit" if it was in the city, lol. Service was great though!Came late at night (around 10pm) after returning from Buffalo and with limited late-night options, found Lee's on Google maps. Saw the high rating but remained skeptical as it's mainly Chinese food with some "Korean" options.Almost couldn't find the restaurant as the plaza was deserted and everything looked closed, including the restaurant. Upon entering, there wasn't anyone and had to call out to make sure they were still open."Atmosphere" is... Lacking. Completely bare bones and it's like going back in time. But we came for the food so it wasn't a big deal. I imagine most of their business is from take-out anyway.Menu has a mix of standard Chinese food and Korean as well. Chinese side, ordered their fried rice and chow mein. Korean side, tried their Jajangmyeon and "Korean Fried Chicken". Chinese noodles were definitely not the standard ones you would normally expect (yellow egg noodles, crunchy bits), but flavour was decent (again, don't compare it to Toronto, lol). I'd completely skip the Korean dishes. Jajangmyeon was watery and the sauce tasted premade from a package, but the noodles had good texture. Biggest disappointment of the night was definitely their "Korean Fried Chicken"... It's just fried chicken with sauce and not legit Korean Fried Chicken (Ex: BB.Q; MyMy).Overall, 3* because it's really either going to be a 5* or 1* for you, love it or hate it, no middle ground, lol. The server (Andy? Andrew? Might be something else entirely... sorry) and his service made the entire dining experience still enjoyable despite the lackluster food.

Ordered from here for the first time since the change of ownership. The food wasn’t nearly as good, wouldn’t order from here again. The fried rice wasn’t fried, somehow we ended up with a sweet and sour chicken instead of general taos and most of the veggies were barely cooked throughout all the dishes.

As a child living in Niagara, this was a go-to spot for our family. This place has been around for 30+ years and is still as fantastic as it was from day #1. Highly recommended!

I love supporting local and very impressed with tonight's dinner. First time ordering from Lee's and so glad I did! Their food is fresh, flavourful and even better than the Mandarin restaurant. I'm looking forward to having my leftovers for lunch tomorrow.
