Topped with whipped cream and a pitted maraschino cherry.It was a nice, not too sweet nor bitter hot cocoa. Nice adult drink for sure. Served by a barista and features Starbucks coffee at the lobby of the Double Tree of NF, ON. Friendly service.

Don’t let the name fool you. This is actually a Starbucks and not a good one. Although the price was reasonable for Starbucks they don’t have dark roast and the americano my friend had was horrid. Still on the quest for decent coffee in Niagara Falls.

I was there with couple of my friends who were staying at the DoubleTree. We got some whisky and the pour was less than what it suppose to be. I questioned the bar tender and she said it's her first day. I explain to her how the single or double works but a while later when we asked for second drink it was exactly the same way. Also, they didn't knew how to use the portable credit card machine and made every customer walk up to the cash register and pay there. Overall it was a terrible experience and I wouldn't recommend it.

This is the small cafe serving Starbucks inside the Doubletree Fallsview Hotel. For an establishment inside a hotel, their prices are very reasonable and likely in line with "regular" Starbucks stores elsewhere in Ontario. They serve coffee and espresso based drinks as well as bakery goods. I didn't get to try, but they also serve alcohol at night. Nothing extraordinary but it's a very reasonable option for people on vacation like myself.

The only reason I can't give it five stars is because its Starbucks! Located in the Doubletree Fallsview Hotel. a great place for quick breakfast with bagels, banana bread, muffins etc. Everything was fresh and the service was great. Now if they would only change it to Dunkin Donuts coffee :) it would be perfect !

brought my small children to this restaurant... food came out fast and was hot... wife loved french union soup however service was very bad. After our first drink no one asked us if we would like another. I also ordered the filet steak medium rare and no one checked on quality of food, which was not good. filet was cooked to medium rare however the outside was burnt which is weird for a 50 dollar steak. My wife also didn't enjoy her meal. Overall, wouldn't go back quality was not to the standard of what they are charging price wise.

First time going here I was very disappointed and I will not be going back the food is not good at all not going to lie and it's very expensive for terrible food a hot dog and fries and a bottle of water almost 20 bucks way too much money but if you do want good food go down on Queen Street in Niagara Falls lot of good restaurants down there I don't like seeing people get ripped off for terrible food
